THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS I took in an image to be printed on a…read moreshirt and showed the front desk lady who already did not want to help me... I showed her what I wanted.... I showed the gentleman Ali there as well and they charged me and this is what I got! Not at alll what I wanted this is ridiculous actually!! They need to have common sense of asking the client what they would prefer instead of just taking my money!! When I called to express how this was not what I wanted at all I just got back and forth explanation of how the image can only be 12 inches. I didn't get an example of what I was to get instead and I paid 40$ for these shirts that I'm throwing away! Please make sure you get a "mock up" which the front desk girl said they will also charge you extra for or else you will end up stuck with whatever shirt they make even if IT LOOKS HORRIBLE! Throwing this in the trash because what am I supposed to do with this?

I stopped in today. But Sadly, today 10.27.18, I was told "we don't embroidery single items"…read more... HOWEVER, I see numerous single items on your YELP page with single items that you kindly provided personal embroidery requests. Such as, a black robe with "daddy" and a single pink monogrammed and personalized blanket. Hum? Truly disappointed in your untruthful response to a request to have my sorority letters embroidered. But you are exercising your right... My visit to your shop today came with a recommendation (from Gybi). A lovey crafter from a small shop on Main Street- Duncanville. One that I frequent often. I do plan on sharing this dreadful experience. Further, I do NOT RECOMMEND this business to my Yelp friends. I recommend Xtreme Monograms in Dallas. This one star is given for location. Location. Location.

HORRIBLE! They've gotten me addicted to a new hobby ;)…read more Staff is very knowledgeable and even more friendly. I took a pottery painting class and have every intention of booking an actual pottery class in the near future. There was another class going on at the same time as mine and it looked so fun. The workers are so sweet and accommodating. My piece turned out amazing after they provided this beginner with much needed advice!

New hobby unlocked (!!!) I had some of the most fun,…read morerelaxing, and engaging time trying pottery with the wheel for the first time a few weeks ago as I celebrated my rotation around the sun. It was a marvelous experience from start to finish, and that's all thanks to the awesome instructor, Corrie, who was super patient and oh so helpful in lending a hand (literally) to give our projects the pep they needed if they were looking a bit sad. The projects started off in the third stage (after being wedged and centered) which was a very nice of them since I heard that the first steps are annoying and time-consuming. They do offer a 4-week pottery class that meets weekly where you get to learn all the stages from start to finish, which I will absolutely sign up for once I'm in the area more consistently. We were able to mold whatever container our hearts (or clay, really) desired. I came in wanting to make a chawan (matcha bowl) and I think the shape turned out much better than anticipated, but I'm afraid it'll shrink in the kiln, oof. Their glazing and firing process will take about 3 weeks after we make our piece, so I've yet to see the final product but will cross my fingers it'll be functional for my daily matcha routine. You get to choose which glaze from a variety of options, and they'll do that step for you. But in the intensive class, you get to paint and do more detailed work, and I got to see some of the finished pieces that were on display after finishing up my piece. It's super inspiring to see the variety of pieces you can make, and I'm already dreaming of other projects to embark on~ What's even better is this studio also offers more than pottery, including painting, dyeing fabrics, sewing, and crochet courses too, all of which I lovelovelove.
