Over 2 months for a windshield replacement caused by a rock. The process started on March 9, 2026,…read moreand as of May 11, 2026, we are finally being told the vehicle is ready for pickup. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. We had to follow up more than 8 times ourselves just to get updates. Multiple times we were told someone would call back, but no one ever did. When we finally reached someone, they often did not know the status of the vehicle and said they would "find out," but then never followed up. This was nearly a $3,000 windshield repair, and the service experience did not match the price at all. The vehicle was also left unlocked outside in the parking lot for most of the repair process. We could see this through the vehicle's app, meaning anyone could have accessed it. When we stopped by to check on the vehicle after it had been sitting there for months, it was filthy. There was mud throughout the interior and debris on the exterior that had not been cleaned up. We were also told 3 days ago that the vehicle was ready and that keys would be left for pickup. We drove 40 minutes only to arrive and find no keys available, meaning we could not pick up the car after all. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service and communication experiences we have had with a repair shop. Delays happen, but the lack of communication, follow-through, and care for the vehicle made the entire process extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

I kept explaining to her that I was paying for it so it didn't matter my insurance when she hung up. Then I called back to find out what happened to the call and another equally rude woman Mary answers. Mary has the same rude tone as the first woman but I explain to her the situation and she proceeds to book my estimate appointment 3 weeks out. I asked if I could go ahead and schedule the repair since I know what I need and she said no, it would be booked 3-4 weeks after the estimate. So I asked to speak to a manager and she said Lee wasn't in and wouldn't be in all week. So then I asked for the manager in charge while he was away and Mary said it was her.....what?! She couldn't have dealt with that in a more transparent way? What a jerk. As a small business owner myself I would be mortified if one of my employees(let alone 2) spoke and treated any of my customers this way.

They will not work on a totaled car - even if you want to pay out of pocket. And they will start charging you $70 storage per day immediately after it is deemed totaled. The quality of work was subpar. I needed the trunk to be replaced and to be painted after I was in…read morea fender bender. The paint job matched perfectly but there were over 15 tiny holes through the paint where you could see through to the white primer. Additionally when I got my car I opened the trunk and it was functional but not as smooth as before. One day later the trunk would not open by key so I took it back to the shop in Franklin where he said he couldn't fix it and I would have to take it to the other shop in Nashville. Fortunately the guy in Nashville was able to make my trunk functional again and when he looked at the paint job he agreed it was subpar. When trying to remediate the paint job, Mike (the owner) was not willing to fix the imperfections on the car. He told me "cut me a break, we did our best, and I will give you a good deal on your roofs paint job". With this being my first accident and first time dealing with a mechanic on my own, they sure lived up to all the bad stereotypes that go around about mechanics. Quick to take your money to do a subpar job and not willing to correct their mistakes.
