I have yet to find a location throughOUT the state of AZ that has the sheer volume and variety as this place does. I literally travelled up from Tucson to see this singular store; I was not disappointed. Prices are 'fair' but when you see the mesmerizing volume of various manufactured reloading products, you'll be amazed. The owner was wonderful to deal and speak with and extremely helpful. There is a customer-friendly computer to look for products' prices on around the store since many products are priced based on the weekly economy fluctuations. The front of the store's 'door' is a roll-up formula that starts you off with used Reloading equipment and step around that into the godly-glorious amounts of equipment. Yes, I reload and I've never found a place like this before so I was incredibly surprised to find this store. Great place to check out for firearms because they are all out for display. No waiting to see someone to look at any firearms you are interested in. Just look for the brand/model and check them out. My suggestion would be to put a vertical sign on the tables so that people can easily find and go where they need to go. Definitely makes it easier for me to show family that are interested in getting firearms. Did not have any issues with family buying firearms at their previous location and look forward for them to purchasing at their new location. Prices appear to be either cheaper/equal/more than other locations. Look forward to future visits.

I want to share the fantastic customer service I got from POF…read more I bought a POF Rogue about a month ago. I decided to add a Dictator gas block for shooting suppressed. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. POF had me send in my upper so they could install the correct part. They received my parts on a Monday. I got it back, with the requested work done two days later! They did this for no charge! I am very happy with both my rifle and the backing of POF. I can't wait to get it on the range with the adjustable gas block and the suppressor! Kudos to POF!

Went into the store hoping to find a certain brand of 9mm pistol ammunition, but the shelves were…read moreliterally empty. I asked an employee if there was an end-cap of 9mm ammunition and he told me that there wasn't. I commented that their shelves had that empty Covid look, and he told me that they hadn't restocked the shelves yet. I wiped the dusty metal shelf, showed him the significant dust my hand picked up, and looked him in the eye. He knew he'd been caught lying, but insisted that morning deliveries hadn't been put out.yet. I commented that he should wear a mask if there was that much dust in their ventilation. Going to the gun counter, there was one employee behind the counter and more than a dozen people waiting to be helped. There is premium ammunition behind the counter, but it's far enough away that you can't read the brand name. Judging by the number of people waiting to be helped, I'm not standing idly for an hour or two to ask what ammunition brands they have. Nowhere else in the store is there 14-15 people waiting to be helped -- and there's inky two sales clerks working the firearms counter. You'd think that store management would add people in firearm sales, as I've had precisely the same experience of actually waiting more than an hour to find out if they carry a certain product needed the next day at a training event. I have no idea what this store is doing. Neither do they.

Our already sad mailbox was caught in a wicked wind/dust storm last month which meant it was more…read morethan past the time of replacement. However, we didn't want to just go with some simple/standard mailbox you can get at a hardware store. So, we hit up Rusted Bull. Scott responded to my request within 24 hours and deposit was made shortly after. He was communicative and upfront with timing/pricing, making the process seamless. Within 3 weeks our brand new mailbox was ready and for a small fee they were willing to install. Perfect! A couple days later we had a light rain, causing the mailbox to receive a nice rust patina.
