One of the items was to replace a Primer Early Warning System. It was about thirty five years old. It just wouldn't beep/buzz when the rod pushed down on it. I tried to repair (replace the batteries, checked the wires inside, clean up any electrical connections) and just figured it was tired and done with. It would work sometimes but not always. The price was reasonable for a new one and I was just going to buy it. The man at the counter had the part and asked me a couple questions about the old one. He then said he was not going to charge me for the part. He said it was covered under the warranty. That is great customer service.
