We went there about 8 o'clock at night. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table because they were full. There was six in our party and we had three entrées that we shared between each couple.
Two couples shared the mahi-mahi dish and one couple had the chicken. We had the calamari appetizer, another couple had the coconut shrimp, and the third couple had the cucumber salad. However, the mahi-mahi turned out to be tuna because they were out of mahi-mahi. They warned us that they might be out of some items, so it was no big deal. And, the tuna fillet was excellently prepared.
Preparation and flavor for all dishes was very good. The only downside to the dishes were the two tuna dishes were heavily salted. If you like salt, they would've been excellent. Otherwise, it was just very very good. The sauce was delightful.
Nicest restaurant we've been in so far in Mexico. They had a gentleman playing live music which was a little loud, but nonetheless very welcome.
Service was good to above average, however the best server in the entire restaurant was the 11-year-old young man who served us our bread and oil with balsamic vinegar. He was delightful to talk with. read more
