I was told by Mr. Marcos Ramos the business was licensed and insured in New Jersey, but despite multiple requests, no proof was ever provided. Requests to address and correct the problems were also not resolved. The situation escalated further with negative statements about me and my business posted online afterward, which I found unprofessional and concerning. I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to thoroughly verify credentials and proceed with extreme caution. This review is based entirely on my personal experience.

The estimate arrived via email within a few days. It was a good price. He gave us an appointment within two weeks, showed up on time, finished regrouting and sealing the tile in our whole shower and tub in one day. The work was beautiful. Everything was cleaned up and tidy when he left. Such a pleasure to have a contractor who was pleasant, professional, timely, reasonably priced and does beautiful work. Would definitely hire again and definitely recommend without hesitation!
