When asked about it, his suggestion was to just get an additional space heater. When something was installed improperly, he has just gone to the cold shoulder. Garbage can drawer won't close due to poor installation (as per the cabinet manufacturer) and he won't return a call or a text to fix it. The water in the newly installed shower needed work. He wouldn't return a call or text for that. We had to call the plumbers ourselves. This score is a result of the professional people he subs work out to. His work ends up looking amazing, but he's unwilling to stand by it.

I used this company to make small repairs to a condo and everything had gone well, until things…read morekind of fell apart last year. The condo had a light fixture that was flickering and a toilet that flushed but needed to be held down. I asked for new toilet kit to be installed to avoid repeat small repairs that had kept happening. I am not on site at the location. I was charged $275 for what was diagnosed as needing new light bulbs and flapper adjustment. Nothing was replaced and both repairs did not work. Since then, I found out that the light switch had shorted out and the toilet needed a new flush handle and had to pay 2nd handyman plus make 1 repair myself. I called Mr. Handyman a couple of times and asked for remedy and they said they could send someone out and give me 20% discount on 2nd visit. They did not stand behind their work and they don't care that they charged me to replace 3 lightbulbs. I have the invoice to document this.
