Both times K&B team was very prompt once the day and scope of work was agreed upon. Keep in mind, they don't cut corners and do a very high quality job with siding/trim/roof. Yes, that might cost you a bit more but will save money in the long run. Olivier as the crew foreman is amazing. He really listened to what was asked and did everything as requested. He pointed out the problems in the exterior and suggested ways to fix them before they become the problem and suggested ways to avoid extra costs by doing them while doing agreed upon work.
