Book directly with them to cut costs for middle man. Not sure exactly how much both excursions were booking directly with them but with my hotel, Grand Park Royal, I negotiated it down to $185 for both excursions AFTER doing a timeshare presentation that ran for 2 hrs.
The Isla Mujeres excursion was really nice but didn't give us enough context/ someone's number to contact if we had any questions/ if we were lost. Isla Mujeres has the softest sand and bluest water I've ever seen and felt and is a must.
The Chichen Itza one was nice too. The pyramids were cool but I feel the nicer part of the excursion was swimming in the Cenote Samuul & Vallodolid yet both parts felt pretty rushed. We had half an hour in Vallodolid after our lunch buffet, and one hour in the Cenote.
Overall, they are dependable, reliable & a good experience. But wish they would give more time for the better parts of the excursions and someone to contact from their team just in case. read more
