It even broke my back windshield wiper off it was off track I had to put it back but a piece was broke off. My front wipers broke one was sticking up and I took my car to the dealer because the motor busted from it being flung back so hard. Had to pay $100 deductible on my warranty to fix it and the back one is going to cost out of pocket. It So not worth the Halloween drive-through I thought would be fun with the kids.

There's a floor mat washing machine too, although I didn't use it, but I saw others doing so. The place is clean and the one worker I saw greeted me with a smile. I didn't see any vending machines that had towels, Windex, Armor All, etc.- that would be a nice added bonus. If I'm ever in this part of town again, I won't hesitate to stop in again.

Sure, I could do the wash myself, but when time is an issue and I'm going to get the same result, I will pay for the convenience factor. I signed up for one of the unlimited monthly wash plans ($40-ish) and I have absolutely gotten my money's worth out of that contract. I just pull up to the gate, the system recognizes my license plate and pulls up my options, and I drive right over to the entryway. The whole process takes maybe one minute from entry to exit. If I want extras, such as a hand detail, then I am given an option to tag that on to my overall order. The vacuums are free, they are easy to pull into, and there's always one open. You can always add a hand-detail option for $25-ish and I'd bet you would be very pleased with the level of detailed service that is provided! I know that some people can be finicky about who touches their car, but I feel pretty safe that my sweet ride gets treated carefully and mindfully each and every time. No fuss, no muss, and everyone is always friendly. Maybe a monthly subscription isn't in your range, but it's a deal if you are going weekly or more (like me) and gets my full seal of recommendation. Unfortunately, after my first wash I got out of the car wash my car was missing the shark fin on the back. I filed an incident report and the person on duty was very nice and helpful. They said I would have a response to my claim in 48 hours. It is over two weeks later and I still have not received a response. It cost $800 for me to get the shark fin replaced and the damaged antenna underneath it. They do not have a customer service line and they do not answer their phones at the location. I left a message and no one returned it. I went to the location and the people there said that they couldn't do anything for me, but gave me a card for the general manager. I tried calling the number on the card, but it is an out-of-order number. I tried to email the address given, but with no response. In all my communication I have been very calm, I just don't want to have to pay $800 for something that wasn't my fault. So I guess I will give them a negative review and continue to contact them, then I reach out to the BBB if I still don't get anywhere with that. I would not recommend this car wash at all. I was originally happy about how cheap it was, but I guess I paid the price for using the cheap car wash. A $10 was NOT worth the headache. Horrible business practices and a car wash that will damage your car is what you'll get here.

I used it twice in the past week, and when I finished, the cost as displayed for the first was $3.50 and the second was $5.50. When I later looked at my debit card expenditures following the second wash, I discovered I'd been charged $10 for the first wash and $25.00 for the second. The clock requires that you press stop, which I did both times. Clearly, this car wash is run by fraudsters and should be avoided at all costs. Keep in mind this is a do-it yourself car wash. The staff moved like they were in a race against time, which is great if you're escaping a burning building, but not ideal when you're supposed to be detailing a car.
