I recently visited to inquire about getting my new 2024 Kia Telluride ceramic coated and decided on the top-level 9-year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra product with a basic level paint correction. The shop had a special on window coatings so I added that for a small additional fee. During the application process, Preston contacted me to share a rare challenge they sometimes have with Black vehicles the 9-year coating was not working as expected and they would need to use the 5-year Crystal Serum Light but would also add a second level coating of EXOV4Uitra Durable Hydrophobic Coating to create the best coating, protection and shine possible given the circumstances. Like I told Preston, I was disappointed that could not get the 9-year coating and yet I appreciated his explaining a few times so I could understand what was happening and I appreciated working with me to make appropriate adjustments even though the shop encountered extra labor on the second coat. The real story here is the team at EZ Auto Spa does an awesome job and treats customers fairly and in turn they earned my trust that I got the best product possible for my vehicle given the challenges they encountered.
