My experience with Eric and his business was disappointing. This tint shop was referred to me by a friend. I decide to give it a try, came in on a Saturday to tint my new Model Y. Everything was good, got it back in a day. When I got it back, there was a crease on my sun roof. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and it would "go away", a week later the bubble crease was still there. I texted Eric to get it fix and it was the worst process EVER. I was told I had to drop the car off for 2 days if I wanted come in one the weekend. That sure wasn't the rules when he collected my payment. I was requesting them to fix a mistake on their end. He told me that's how all the shops in the area are and they are considering to not even take cyber trucks or MY because of the large windows. All I got was a bunch of nonsense excuses and how they are super busy and takes walk-in and does wrap. Mmm! I paid for a service and the end product was messed up! Fix it! I finally dropped it off on Friday night and was told I was able to pick it up Sunday. Sunday comes around, it's 2:30 I haven't heard from Eric. I see my car has been outside since the morning with Sentry mode. I called and texted and the phone was off, I called the 800 number and that wasn't going through. Yelp said they were closed and won't open until Tuesday. I decided to make my way down the to shop, halfway there, I get a call saying they just finished my car. My car WASN'T TOUCHED since the morning. If you're going to make up excuses, do it to a car that doesn't have 360 camera and recording! read more

We scheduled the appointment for the following Saturday at 9 a.m. On the day of the appointment, I initially planned to go with the 3-year option. However, Eric recommended the 5-year coat since my car is black, noting it would offer better protection against swirl marks. It felt a bit like an upsell, but I trusted his professional opinion and went with the 5-year. I dropped the car off at 9 a.m. and received a text at 3:52 p.m. that it was ready. Based on our earlier messages, I expected it to be done around 5:30, so I wasn't able to arrive till 5 p.m.--but Eric had already left. I'll admit I was a little disappointed with the limited post-service interaction. When we scheduled, I mentioned I had questions about the application process and post-care. Eric said he'd go over everything with me on the day of the appointment, which made sense since most people forget by then. However, neither during drop-off nor pickup was I given any direction. (To be fair, I forgot to ask when I dropped the car off.) I ended up asking one of his staff members when I arrived for pickup, who gave me basic post care guidance. I guess I was hoping for a bit more customer care--something beyond "drop your car off, pick it up, pay, thank you." That said, the staff I did interact with were polite and professional. I'll follow up in 6 months and again at the 1-year mark with a review on the coating's durability and performance. I submitted the requests through Yelp to inquire from businesses regarding to clean and condition the leather seats in my Honda Pilot. The owner, Eric, reached out to me and was able to give me rough amount of what it would be to get the work done. He told us we can stop by the shop to get an accurate amount before scheduling the appointment online through their site. We did stop by there really quick and Eric was able to quote us at $150 for detailing, cleaning, and conditioning. We decided to go with them due to price being reasonable, throughly explained what they will do, and had excellent reviews. I was able to book the appointment online with $50 deposit and got the car taken care of the next day. When we dropped off the car, we had inquired about window tinting since we been meaning to do it. The employee, Tony, showed us the different shades it had and the pricing will be $450 for ceramic window tint to get the front and back done with lifetime warranty or $250 for basic tinting and has no warranty. We decided to go with the 20% ceramic window tint and Tony told us they be able to get it completed the same day too. Upon picking up the car, it was beautifully tinted and cleaned. It looked great!!! They even helped got the car washed too. We were able to pay them by Zelle in order to avoid a 5% fee charge if we had used credit card. Eric and Tony were extremely helpful, friendly, and kind through this whole process. Overall: great job and great value. Scheduling: gave Eric a call and he was able to schedule me an appointment on Friday at 9am (about one week out). Tint: brought my car in at 9am and wasn't sure which tint or shade to get and Eric walked me through the difference products. They did a great job installing the tint and even pointed out a small crack in my front windshield and that I could bring it back once the windshield is replaced. Ceramic Coating: while they were installing the tint, I noticed they offered ceramic coating. Eric said his detailer was off but he could get him to come in. The detailer came in an hour later and started detailing the car, and even removed the badges that I asked to be eliminated to give the car a nice clean look.
