He brought two small boxes to the counter which clearly to me were not a away bar which is the entire width of my cars front end. He abruptly cut me off in annoyance. I am also a female completely aware of what I was searching for as I had spoken to the manager previous day to have the part set a side. This location is within walking distance of where I live. The manager is very kind but because of John and his poor customer service I took my $200 and spent it else were. I work in retail and auto part stores are a dime a dozen. So relieved. Amazing, quick, professional service! One of my favorite things was that they didn't talk down to me, as a woman. It happens a lot. It's annoying. Many places will refer to husbands. I know more about cars than my husband. So having them explain what was wrong without the condescension is a HUGE plus in my book. Hoping to be done with car repairs for a while, but next time, they will be my first go-to!

Gary was extremely helpful and even initiated an autozone rewards card for me over the phone so I could earn credit for my purchase. Good Customer service goes a long way. He even identified the person working in the evening so I knew who to work with when coming in to purchase more parts.
