Brought the car in the first time, they had it about 10 days and returned it without the front bumper completely attached. They told me it was because they never removed it. Then they blamed it on a previous repair being bad.(funniest part was it was done by pro auto body and was in their system). Then they said it was because the tow truck did it. Then they said it was because a shield on the bottom had rubbed a parking spot curbed and the bumper cannot be reattached. 2. Brought it in a second time and they readjusted the front fenders to finally line up a little better but did not reattach the bumper. 3. Brought it in third time dropped it off on a Monday and was told on Friday at 4:30 it was done but they close at 5. Went in on Monday and the bumper was still not attached. They told me it was because we needed to pay for a $13 part and waited until we came in expecting it to be done to tell us.??? 4. This past Monday Jim apologized to me and said no problem we will pick it up first thing Wed. morning. We set an appointment. Pro Auto never showed! Seriously. I called at 10:30...no call back...I called at 11:55 and Jim said yeah I couldn't get to it this morning I had a bunch of walk ins. but ill make it right let's set another appointment can your wife bring it in? The joke was on us. 5.......that's why we have attorneys....They have the insurance money but my car is not fixed....we are not a priority....but the walkins who have not paid are? LOL...beware...although the paint looks great....the car does not look good but they do not do what they say....no integrity 6. shame on you Jim Shenberger

I had such a great experience here and I honestly can't recommend them enough…read more I brought my van in with an urgent repair to fix a broken shock mount expecting a pretty stressful situation, and they were upfront, fair, and really worked with me on the cost. They explained everything clearly, didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and the final price was very reasonable for the work that needed done. Not only that, but my van drives AMAZING now. You can tell the work was done right, and that peace of mind is everything. It's hard to find honest, trustworthy shops, but this is definitely one of them. I will absolutely be coming back here for anything I need in the future.

Horrific experience! My suspension bag exploded in 2 weeks time. I paid him almost 400$ to replace…read moreit and I knew immediately the suspension was very much off. I took it back 3 times and was told each time, it was ok. I got an oil change and a thorough inspection from a master mechanic and he showed me, took many picture, and printed up all the DANGEROUS stuff that's going on. I called and spoke with his grandson and was told to drop it off for a couple hours, and ok pulling up the grandson pulled off and Benny stood up and aggressively told me he "will not deal with this car anymore, and that he wished I never even bought it!" And this was AFTER I told him how dangerous it is and that I gave full proof of it all and that I travel daily to and from work out of town and have grandchildren in my car often. He doesn't care about anyone's safety! Be very cautious‼‼‼

I had gone to test drive it, and the reverse gear had worked. The next day i went to pick it up, not thinking that i should have checked it. Get home and my mom's boyfriend starts checking the oil and everything and it wouldn't go in reverse. I'm out a lot of money because of this guy. I will never buy a car here again. Make sure to always bring a mechanic if you're going to, because he isn't trustworthy. And do not sign the as is warranty unless you are FOR SURE that there is no problems with it that you don't want.
