She said 'no'. Again when I received the bill, there was contract for another year. I called again on 2/8 and 2/9 finally reached the manager. I was told that $25 can be removed, and I can cancel on the old contract date of 4/1/2018. So I called 3/20/2018 to cancel directv, then I was told that att had listened the recording and I agreed that one more year contract. The customer service is Jacob JH0504 had very bad attitude. Such big company has tried to cheated on the customer who had been with att for more than 40 years. Amazing such high tech company can not change small things immediately.
