I was dreading having to fight for every dollar when signing up for new WiFi services, but I was delightfully proven wrong. Matt and Dylan were amazing! There was a line out the door and Dylan was calm cool and collected, and taking the time that every customer needed to feel seen and heard. It did take a while, but Dylan was doing quality service so we did not mind. Then after waiting for a sec, Matthew helped us set up a service that fit our needs and we felt no pressure to buy more than we wanted. He was super helpful and made the process seamless. He made sure we were taken care of and took the time to explain everything to us to make sure we understood how to set everything up. Everyone else at the store seemed to be in the same vein too, very good at providing a quality service. Hats off to the people at the university park xfinity, they handled a lot of people very well and Dylan is doing a great job as a manager. If you need WiFi consider going here! read more

Please help 2 disabled veterans were left phoneless. We wanted to payoff our phones to change carriers and Store manager at sprint store, Nevada ave Colorado Springs said we didn't have to. They locked our phones and we have been phoneless for 2 days. I am legally blind and husband is disabled veteran, We have no way of getting help if anything happens to us. We tried paying our phones 3 times and Sprint did not let us. Our phones have been locked for 2 days now,they don't have our account numbers because our account was deleted and to reach them my husband had to use a borrowed phone. My husband is on a borrowed phone and has been talking to a manager for 2 days now. They claim there is nothing they can do and has literally begged the supervisor on the phone to assist him.There has to be a place we can file a complaint to Please advise or forward to someone who can stop the mistreatment of the elderly and disabled .I have filed a complaint with the sheriff dep, center for aging and state attorney ,better business bureau . Going on social media now. 2 elderly disabled veterans who have served our country and have paid their bills on time should not be mistreated. This is the most scammy company ever. They don't give you the full details of your bill and charge you for hidden fees. They don't have customer loyalty at all. One representative will tell you one thing, and then another will tell you something else. They never are consistent and they always try to upsell you garbage when you come to them with a valid concern! The internet is crap and always has outages. I got the modem for the NOW internet service, that was the only good thing so far. I have not been able to get a real person to have a tech come to my home to troubleshoot why it won't work ! All I get is AI and I keep going round and round in circles with it ! It keeps saying it will let me schedule a home appointment, then it just goes back to the beginning asking how it can be of service to me ! I went to the actual store and a lady gave me a splitter to hook up the cable to my dish box, but it's not the right kind ! Tried calling again to talk to a human, no such luck ! If I had known their human service didn't exist I would have never signed up ! It takes everything out of me to go out anywhere because of a medical condition. Xfinity is expensive compared to other internet providers and my service was very inconsistent. I decided to seek greener pastures for internet switched. I disconnected my service and turned in all my equipment. Fast forward a couple months I'm still being billed for a peacock add on. I got a hold of the text box chat support. They said it was removed. Now today I get a bill with it still on there. Mind you I cannot use the xfinity app w/o reconnecting my service. Peacock says it's through xfinity so they cannot disconnect my service. Currently I'm sitting at the store trying to have the problem resolved. I'm one hour and counting sitting here. so i have been a customer for a long time and have been trying to get peacock with ad free commercials and still have not heard anything from them. also the very first agent i spoke to said that i could get a upgrade on my phone. that it was free because i have been a customer for a long time. then the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th agent all had mix messages saying that i had to have a line of credit in order to get my upgrade and one of the agents had no idea what i was talking about. false advertising and false marketing, for telling your customer that they get a free phone upgrade and then say oh well you have to have a line of credit before doing that which is a bunch of bs. because if the first agent could almost get through the order without an issue, how come the other agents couldn't. the only reason the first agent didn't finish is because we got disconnected. now here is what xfinity can do or i will be changing proveiders they can credit me for 2 months of issuses that we had and they can also upgrade me for my new phone sure i can pay the payment plan. the phone i saw was like 10.00 to 12.00 with a payment plan. now if they don't want to do that then they can bet i will not only doing this review but also yelp and getting the news involved and contact fea and coming after them. the only good thing was the agent his name was ramos he is a very great agent read more

11 Jul 23 - my husband called XFinity to delete our home phone because it would save us $60 on our bill and spoke to a lady on the phone. He also told her that we wanted to change our cell phone service from T-Mobile to Xfinity Mobile. He cancelled our T-Mobile and god a code from them to take to XFinity Mobile. He went on the 12th of July to this office on Nevada and Avery Demery waited on him and could not find anything the lady he spoke to the night before had entered on the computer. Avery put two new SIM cards on our cell phones after my husband got a code from T-Mobile deleting our service with them. My cell phone was working when he brought it home but his cell phone was not working. He called Avery in the afternoon to tell him his phone was not working so he gave him a number to call that evening to see if they could help him get his phone to work. They tried several times to get his phone to work and it still said no service so they told him to go back to their office and get a new SIM card. Avery was very helpful through this whole process. The customer service at this store was outstanding. I I returned equipment that wasn't working. The gal that helped me explained that there was some protective tape on top of my receiver that might have been the problem. I had already asked Xfinity customer service on the phone if that were the problem and they said no. As far as I am concerned, I will never call or chat online with Xfinity again. I frequently encounter problems when I am with the company this way. Without any hesitation or arguments the nice gal gave me new equipment. She was polite, professional, and knowledgeable about Xfinity products. What a breath of fresh air to actually have good customer service! I can't say this enough. Go there instead of using Xfinity online or phone customer service. Incompetent and unsatisfactory is all I can say about that subject. From geeting to exit Matt and Dylan were exemplary. We had an issue for over 6 months that they helped us resolve. They were professional, personable, honest, and extremely knowledgable. We didn't feel pressured and even have new phones. Matt compared the phones and we have phones that fit all our needs, with insurance, screen protectors, and cases.
