Service has been out since November.2024. It is now mid February 2025. This issue isn't location based. It's a company as a whole at this point. I've scheduled 7 techs to do E out and fix the issue but have had 3 of them do no call no shows. 2 out if 3 of them got the cable tv to work for a few days then right back out. The WiFi works but the cable doesn't as I mentioned earlier for the past 4 months now and it is actually included into my bill for my apt so it has been getting paid but still no service. I'm extreme unsatisfied with this and unless I'm getting reimbursed from xfinity for the past few month or some free months. It's a hard NO for me. read more

Been a customer since 1997. Not much of a choice between them and Direct TV. And they know it and are running with it. What's just horrible now is that their customer service reps lie. They lie about the pkgs and you have to sign online and everything they tell you you're going to get is not true. I just can't believe that a huge business like this lets this go on. I was lied to about a pkg just 2 months ago. To fix it I had to go through 3 days of trying to get it straight and then they charged me $30 more a month for the same pkg I originally had! Today I called to see if there were any promotions and again Preem lied about what I would get. Called back to confirm with another guy and he lied to me too! Called back again and was helped but not told the truth about the pkg and am now paying $50 more MONTHLY than I was just 2 months ago. How can this go on? What a horrible company. People today have no integrity and see nothing wrong with scamming others out of money so they can get a commission? And they don't even listen. I thought I was gonna have to wait hours based on how many people I saw, but my wait was only 10-15 minutes long. The receptionist could probably tell that I was anxious about the wait and reassured me when I asked how long and made sure to tell me when I was next to be helped. For my first time purchasing an internet service, Michael Munoz helped me determine which package would be best, and offered me a security package to accompany it. I turned it down since I don't really need security for an apartment (if I do I think I'll go the ring route) but he covered all the bases and was incredibly patient and put up with all the questions and ADHD tangents I'd get going on based on the questions he'd ask which I'm sure is just part of his customer service training. As far as speed and quality of service, 10/10 Customer Service: 10/10 (just try to keep conversation as surface level as possible, did a great job since he was clearly still training and getting his sea legs. Phenomenal) Location/distance to the store: 10/10 Overall I had a great experience here, and am happy to continue working with y'all in the future. This location is friendly, helpful, and courteous. I cannot say that about the corporate customer service telephone employees. I came to this location because I could not get a situation resolved over the phone. In fact, the customer service person I spoke with on the phone made the situation worse by sending me equipment we had not discussed, and also did not ask for, nor authorize them to send to me. I even refused delivery to the delivery truck driver. Xfinity sent the equipment back to me the next day and instructed the driver to leave the box at my door. The employees at this location accepted the unopened equipment, apologized for a mistake they did not make, and resolved the situation. They are kind and helpful here! read more

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The employees are total idiots, with no customer service skills whatsoever. My cell phone screen went black. I went to the Xfinity store, and after 2 hours I was told that I needed to pay off my current phone which is still under factory warranty and I have insurance. I was told I needed to purchase a new phone because the store could not repair my existing phone. I reluctantly paid the balance and purchased a new phone and was told that once my existing phone was repaired I could return it and get a refund. With no help from Comcast/Xfinity, I went to the nearest phone repair store which assisted me in filing a claim and scheduling an appointment with Assurant for the repair. Within an hour I dropped off my phone and 2hrs. my phone was repaired. I picked up my repaired phone at 10:00 a.m. and arrived at the Xfinity store to have the number restored to my existing phone and return the new phone. Five hours later, finally, the phone was working but they refused to refund my money for the new phone. I was told that they could not give a refund and that I would have to contact Comcast Customer Service. I called Comcast Customer Service who told me that the store where the purchase was made was responsible for the refund. Around in circles and no one has an answer. I have been on the phone with Customer Service for an hour & 45 min. and no results. Who is in charge of this circus? I am done. If I could rate them it would be a -00000000. TERRIBLE! read more

This is an abusively automated entity, with built-in fails that leave customers unable to communicate. I have had at least 5 appointments to replace their faulty box. Each time, I am assaulted by calls and texts that don't allow the answers they request. The technician is said to be here daily by an appointment with an arrival text that I may not see for hours. The tech doesn't call or try coming to my door. Why do they get paid for this? I don't know what options I have, but this one sucks. I know I can't tell them about this. Worst company ever!!! I have had the same issues for years with my home security / Wi-Fi and I can never get a human and that auto bot keeps just saying they are trouble shooting and hangs up on me. I can't even cancel or remove from package online using my login. Their chat is even an auto bot. A year with this company just because I can't get it removed or canceled to get a human. When I go to the locations they say I have to call customer service. My hotspot doesn't always work, and rarely do my apps on phone and compute website is just as limitating. First, I want to say, I have had comcast since my roadrunner service went away more than fifteen years ago. I have had high speed internet all of that time, and cable tv most of the time as well. I find their customer service to have become the absolute worst. I called them about two weeks ago about switching my showtime to hbo as I didnt watch showtime and I originally had the option to do so. Denied. Ok. No biggie I thought. Today, I have had enough on resetting the cable box, it has been reset over the past month about one to two times. So today, I called to ask them to ship me a replacement. They said that would be $15.00 to ship it to me. In the past, they would just do so. I asked for a supervisor, the agent never transferred me. I told them in this Covid-19 world, I would think they would like people to ship instead of taking the chance of a transmission of this disease. Still not transferred to a Supervisor, still wanted to charge me a fee to ship me a new box, since theirs was not working correctly. So, I have a contract which will expire in the fall, which I will not renew other than to keep internet- unless of course ATT's fiber actually hits gig speeds, then I will prolly dump comcast altogether and just stream everything I want for prolly less money. read more

What can I say about Xfinity that hasn't been said about used car salesmen? Lots of promises and pandering, but you're still stuck with a lemon at the end of the day. The people you deal with may be nice, but they secretly know they're selling a lousy product. I've had my internet crash 3 times this month ... and it's not even the end of the month. The first time it crashes we had just had it installed for less than 24 hours and it went down for a full day. When I logged into their crappy automated assistant, I was told I wasn't eligible for a credit. The funny part? They actually tried to get me to join their crappy cell phone service with all this talk about winning all these awards. Their internet crashes literally cost me money each time and each time, the rep I speak to after having to navigate that useless automated crapola they use just says "I don't understand. My Internet was running off of a generator for a couple of weeks this month. The Xfinity Comcast company refused to give me in writing that there was a problem with our Internet to save my daughters job and because our Internet dropped 190 calls for my daughters at home on line job. On october 26, 2020 she was fired. I'm a new customer and schedule my installation a week ago. I took the day off of work to ensure I'd be home, in case they wanted to arrive earlier than my appointment. I called 40 minutes after the install window to see how long it would be before they arrived, just to find out my appointment was cancelled. No one called to let me know they were going to be late, much less to tell me it's been cancelled. I called and spoke to three different agents, before I found out that the next earliest appointment would be another 6 days away. I'm sorry Xfinity, but I'm not even your customer yet, and I'm already being treated poorly. Man, I'm pretty light when it comes to 1 stars but I just wasted two days of my time, a big part of it due to the information received from this store. I wish I would've gotten the young ladies name who helped me, but she just kept trying to talk over me and repeat the same information even though it wasn't answering my question, more just trying to get me to leave. I had services to begin today, and the tech just left, and I have no service. Yesterday, I submitted all my information, reviewed it before submitting, and placed and order/appointment for today online. I receive a confirmation email that shows the wrong address. I wait two hours over the phone to change this as I don't know why it changed (I did not have a typo, it was reviewed multiple times upon entry). They tell me they can update my billing address, but the service address can only be changed in person at a store. Enter this location. I show up, and with everything going on, I am asked to wait outside as they are only allowing 10 people in at once. Idk if they count employees, but there was only 1 customer inside, about 4 employees, a police officer, then I later saw a manager in the back peek out for a sec. After to stated my reason for being there, I was asked to wait outside and the host went inside, which I'm assuming was to see if they are willing to help me that day. I enter, the explain that I am there because I was instructed by customer care to do so. She advises me that's wrong and even asks me why they said that, because she states they could have corrected my situation. She advised me to have the tech come out as customer care notated the correct address, and then call customer care to change my address. I mention that customer dare stated I can only do so by physically going into the store, and she says "yeah idk". I got irritated and asked for clarity as I'm getting the run around. She leaves to speak with a manager, and says she can now change my service address, but I would lose my appointment and the next ones aren't until May (even though your website just allowed me to try and book an installation appointment tomorrow.) After my face clearly turned to wtf after all the back and forth, she begins to say again, "that's why I suggest having it installed and calling customer care back and changing the address." I'm like really? After I have clearly stated to you that you are telling me the opposite of what customer care says, you expect me to believe that? She then decides that an option is to have it installed, and then I can choose whether I go to the store or customer care over the phone, and transfer my service. I say ok, if that's your clear instruction I will do that. The tech just left, and said my home can't be serviced. Good job Xfinity. read more

The store manager Angelica Cano was the RUDEST customer service representative store manager I have ever encountered! As an Xfinity customer of over 20 years disabled with both the with and i having cancer she didn't help us didn't care to help & laughed at me! When I ask for her business card, I tried to call the customer service number on her card, she had blocked my number from calling that number so I called Xfinity's main customer service number & reported her! Comcast has the worst customer service ever. The representative I was talking to was very rude and shrewd about my money. They debited my account twice and caused one of my bills to return. Once on on 08/04/22 and then again on 08/07/22 fir the same Amount of $78.61. The representative I spoke to at 6:35pm on 08/09/22 tells me I have to wait five business days and I stated to him I do not have to wait. You took out, you can put it back on the account the same day. When I asked to speak to a manager he refused to get a manager and I let him know That I would call Corporate and he tells me to go ahead and I stated to him that I will report him too. This is unacceptable that they can debit your account twice then attempt to blame you for their mistake nobody is refunding fees or trying to make it right for your account. Stopped in on a Sunday to return some equipment. The process was smooth. Store is clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that you are unable to discuss plans etc. We were cancelling our cable, but after turning in boxes we had to still go home and call them 1-800 number and deal with the nightmare of customer service.
