I went there twice to get my phone reconnected. The two gentlemen who helped me the first time I went On Tuesday afternoon at around 1pm were not very helpful. I spoke with a clear tone and affirmatively, and only ever hinted annoyance in my voice because I'm so absolutely tired of Xfinity's bs, both in person and shit service over the phone lines (except for Sameh , you're the goat fr) and it's hot as heck outside AND I had to walk due to Xfinity disconnecting my phone after saying it would Not be an issue less than a week before. Not saying it's these reps fault I had to do that, but if I were the rep, I would've handled an upset Customer with utmost compassion, because well, I have a right to be upset and if any of you were in my shoes you'd be pissed too.. especially if the rep starts asking for bank statements proving your payments from the get go xDDD I have been a loyal customer to this company for a long time, and it's incredibly disheartening that no one in this particular location really seemed to care to help at all or to even try to resolve my issue properly. Both of the reps that helped me on Tuesday didn't really do what I asked.. the manager gave me a list of my missed payments, when I asked him for statements of all the payments and charges on my account. That is a big difference. I already know I'm behind silly, and I asked for the invoices. Give me his job, and I will guarantee you I can show more professionalism than those two combined. That lanky skinny dude was half assing from the start and I didn't need my glasses to see that energy. Luckily today I had a decent experience with another representative from the Same store in the morning, despite the fact that the multiple Xfinity reps that greeted me did not even put me on the wait list. The rep that helped me said my name wasn't even on the list despite me telling the lady by the door in clear language my name is Diana. However, the rep was not able to do anything on his end, and after being transferred to multiple departments on the little video screen, no one resolved my issue. I was there for almost 2 hours. And Every single department told me "their hands are tied, talk to ___ department". I did exactly what your company reps told me and I still have no cellphone service and I'm incredibly unhappy at the way I was handled. I also don't need a representative "jokingly" telling me "not to steal his phone" when I'm using it to contact an Xfinity rep and sitting in the middle of the store already unhappy, and also after that same representative didn't want to help me in the first place even though his ssa was sitting down...(yeah I noticed) it was funny at first because he asked other reps to help me and then had to come help me himself. Terrible service, and I am done with this company after these interactions, because it's my right to ask for proper service from a company I give my hard earned money to. I shouldn't have to hassle so much to get proper service and I repeated the same thing to all the people that I interacted with, and nobody seemed to be listening at all. And let me just say, in light of all the social issues happening in Our city, it was a very lonely experience walking into this establishment. I am not an Ashley lol and I am just trying to see what's up with my phone, that I need to survive and get a job... AND, as a homeless youth, it's angering that I can't get a proper invoice to see if this company has been charging me correctly. Not even from the manager himself. I don't have money to just be throwing around, and the fact this is hurting my credit score even more is insanity when there seems to be no one that can help!! And even more upsetting is that my phone got disconnected because I called to make my payments over the system, and the SYSTEM, was the one that wrongfully applied my payments to an internet bill I know I owe from MONTHS ago. get your shit together @ Xfinity, and learn to handle strong women with presence. All the negative press is true. We just moved to Houston and decided to go with Comcast for net/TV. From the start it was a disaster. We scheduled an install date 10 days in advance. The guy came out 1 minute before the higher range of the 4 hour install time - likely hanging out in his car till he had to come in to avoid the $20 late fee. He then took 1.5 hours to come to us and tell us he couldn't install the service because there was no cable run from the street to the house (new construction), and that it would take 10-14 days to get a crew out to run the cable, and only then could they install cable for us. First off, if this is an issue, why not ask the customer when they sign up if it is new construction and if so, schedule the correct crew accordingly? Second, how did it take 90 MINUTES to determine there was no cable line in the back of the house??? Fast forward 2 weeks and the cable is in the back of the house and the Comcast person comes back to install for install period 8-9am. I get a call at 815 (I had given them my wife's number to call since I would be at work) and don't answer it. I see the missed call and voicemail at 825 telling me that since they couldn't verify I was home via phone they were going to reschedule my appointment. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO RING THE DOORBELL. I call Comcast support back up at 825 and explain it to them and they twiddle their thumbs for 15 minutes before they tell me the tech would be back out before 10am which should be OK. Get a call from the tech at 930 saying he is 30 minutes away, but he's not sure if he can do the job because he's not qualified. TWO HOURS LATER the tech finally shows up and starts the install. In the mean time I yelled at Comcast on the phone and asked for compensation for all the trouble, their lack of planning, and wasted time (wife had to take off work to be home). They said they could give me a $20 "late" credit and waive the $50 install fee (which is free with other providers anyway) and that there was nothing else they could do. Comcast is willing to lose a customer who could give them $5500 in revenue over 3 years (or more) over couple months credit up front to show good faith that their service isn't as terrible as everyone says? The tech is out there installing it now. God forbid he can't install it, because Comcast will lose a customer for sure. This is a complete outrage. read more

I'm a Comcast Business customer, I have had my service connected for 2 month and still NO help from Comcast regarding my service. But I did receive my bill ONTIME!!! Comcast technician comes out to install, although Comcast claims their technicians do not do any wiring, this particular Technician decided to rewire all my working phone jacks. He admitted it to customer care and his supervisor, however Comcast refuses to address the issue claiming they are not responsible for the technician's actions. So we have had to run 50ft phones line throughout our office. (How embarrassing when customers come to do business) I've called customer care 10 or more times, all I get is poor customer service and indifference. So you ask, "why not change services?" Answer, we waited for weeks to get connected, and another 2 weeks to finally get our phone numbers corrected. Our phone numbers are listed on all our marketing materials and website. In addition to that, I was told by another service provider that Comcast can take up to 45 days before they release our phone numbers. (So we are being held hostage) So, it's No service for my customers to reach us, or incredibly horrible service for us. So, I've decided to fight back, I will continue to post every day, I've contacted a local News Reporter, and my attorney is checking on the legalities of hiring protestor to picket on our behave. Sooner or later they will have to fix what they broke and honor their promises and BILLS they seem to find a way to generate without a hitch! P.S. I never received my $200 GIFT CARD either!!!! read more

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Xfinity at this location, and my experience echoed the complaints of numerous other customers. The service I received was incredibly unprofessional, and the level of customer support was shockingly poor. My interaction with Eduardo Escobar, a representative at Xfinity, only served to exacerbate my frustration and disappointment. From the very beginning, it was evident that Xfinity lacked the basic principles of good customer service. My inquiries were met with indifference, and it seemed as though no effort was made to address my concerns or provide a satisfactory resolution. Eduardo Escobar's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, making me feel like my issues were of no importance to the company. In addition to the lackluster customer service, the overall experience with Xfinity left much to be desired. I encountered numerous technical issues with my service, and attempts to have these problems resolved were met with delays and excuses. It was clear that Xfinity's priority was not customer satisfaction but rather maximizing profits at the expense of their customers' peace of mind. I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Xfinity and would caution anyone considering their services to think twice before committing. The unprofessionalism and poor customer service I encountered, particularly from Eduardo Escobar, have left a lasting negative impression. I sincerely hope that Xfinity takes steps to improve their customer service practices and prioritize the needs and concerns of their customers in the future. read more

OMG! Never get involved with this company! Their representatives will lie to your face. We told them we needed cable service for some months until we would be moving in several months. We were reluctant to sign the contract since it was for a one year contract. Like fools we believed the Comcast people on the phone when they told us we would be released from the contract if Comcast did not offer service at the new location we would be moving to. Turns out no Comcast service is offered at our new location. You guessed it. They will not release us from the additional 10 months on the contract. They lied to us and their management explained that Comcast cannot be held responsible for what their employees tell customers. The only thing that matters is what they tricked us into signing. I cannot tell you how poor this customer service is and what an awful experience it has been to do business with this company. We have never encountered anything like it. If I could have rated them with zero stars, I would have. "Caveat Emptor-Let the buyer beware". Now the public is aware! read more

Completely infuriated with Comcast Xfinity! I transferred my services from one building to the building literally behind me! It took being on the phone for TWO hours with both an agent & a manager, for them to not find a solution as to why neither my WiFi or cable isn't working, but to also tell me that I'd have to wait until APRIL 3 to have a tech come out! That's an entire WEEK from now! You mean to tell me I just paid you guys $230 two days ago, to not have service for a week?! I then ask the supervisor what he can do for me in order to keep my business, and he replied "I can issue you a $25 credit, as well as waive the tech fee." Excuse me?! $25 for an entire week of no service. If a week of service is worth $25 then why isn't my bill $100?! And as far as that tech fee goes, charging me shouldn't have even been a thought. This does not pertain to this location but I'm going to put this on all nearby locations because they are fraudulently using my ssn. Xfinity is fraudulently using my social security number for someone else's debt. I've had my current service since 2016 yet that is not proof that I've lived at the same place this whole time. The person on the past due account has a similar name but not the same. Their incompetent employees could not do their research before applying someone else's debt to a current paying customer's ssn. Now they want me to jump through hoops for their mistake. If I'm going to jump through hoops to supply them with the information that they already have on my active account, then I'd rather get the information they need and hire a lawyer. Comcast has the worst customer service ever. They also are rip offs with their hidden fees and late billing. I was charged $200 for internet alone due to "overage" fees after I had previously upgraded to unlimited internet. I called customer service and the representative was arguing with me and very rude about the whole situation. In addition my internet does not keep a strong signal and my devices are always "buffering". I asked them to show me how I had so much overage charges and they told me I had to figure it out myself. WTF kinda customer service is that? Sounds like a scam to me if you can't show me where the overage is coming from. BEWARE of the billing scams and HORRIBLE customer service!!!! read more

An hour after a phone call with Comcast, I came here to pick a box for tv channels. This location is big as seen in the video I posted here. There's always lines in Xfinity locations so that complaint exists. Now waiting for my name to be called to pick up the box. They have a tv you can watch live games on. They have cell phones and some cases for sale in store and Express pay machines for bill pays. read more

The guy that signed me in was friendly and so was the lady who ended up being my customer service rep. The second time, I went to return the modem since I decided to purchase my own. The workers there were horrible. No attention payed to the guests and when asking questions about the wait time they would just say go ahead and sit down someone would help you.
