    The staff at this store are extremely helpful and patient. I wish I could say the same for AT&T.

Other locations you're in a queue for an hour just to talk to someone. Kayla was very helpful in ordering my upgrade when I ran into complications online. She also helped me choose the right plans for each of my five lines. She was patient and answered all my questions knowledgeably without unnecessary upsell. Parking is mostly available. It's a small shared lot but there's typically a spot open.

After spending 12+ hours dealing with multiple employees online and in store, and 3 days later, no one at AT&T is able to fix it. I am stuck without my phone and phone number. The employees are rude and do not know how to do their job. Dairius the employee lied that my phone number transport from another carrier was denied, but added phone installments to my account, without giving me the phone. I gave him all the information that was needed to get the job done, but he was so confused the whole time, and kept typing the wrong information. I went to different store the same day, they said my account was already active, but they were not able to provide me with a phone, because Dairius did not delete the installments. On requesting to delete the device info, he said that he did do it, and that said that my line was not active, so my request was unreasonable. Also, Dairius was taking a personal call, while asking me the account details. All my personal and financial information was maybe sold to someone. They are very unprofessional.

    I am beyond frustrated. T Mobile has been holding $581.44 of my money for over a week and has…read moreoffered little assistance to reclaim my money. I have been a T Mobile customer for almost 6 years and this would be my 3rd upgrade with them in that time. After several long and unproductive sessions via phone and at another store, I ended up at this location hoping that they could assist me in upgrading my hardware to the new iPhone 17 Pro (not a cheap move, I might add) The entire process to upgrade the phone (not including phone time with sales and previous stores) took over 2 hours to complete. However, my biggest concern is that when we reached the time to pay for the transaction, I handed the sales associate my card and they processed the transaction for $581.44. After a short period of time, they indicated that the transaction was unsuccessful and that it needed to be reprocessed a second time. They assured me that the first transaction was canceled immediately, and never even processed on their backend, despite my financial institution indicating that it had, in fact, been completed. They then proceeded to charge my card AGAIN for the amount. I agreed to this because I was busy, dealing with a work situation and had already spent too much time dealing with this upgrade. They assured me that the first transaction did not process and that it would cycle back to my account overnight. The next day, the funds were not there. I called into customer support and they showed "no record" of the first transaction and claimed that I hadn't even made it. My financial institution claims the charge was "completed" and the funds have been sent on their way. Its now been a week. T Mobile claims they do not have record of the first transaction nor do they have the additional funds charged to my account. My institution said its a completed transaction and the funds have been withdrawn from my account. Through both phone and in person attempts with T Mobile to resolve this issue, I am still without my money, over a week later. My financial institution says this could take 60-120 days to resolve. T Moblie doesn't seem to care. Buyer beware.

    I've had a horrible last 3 years with lies and a contract I never signed but this store just sent…read moreme over the edge. I went to get a prepaid number. The girl was nice, but when I asked for my id she said she didn't have it and then I asked the manager if there is a way to look at cameras. Not even me but just to locate the id that was take and the can just look to see what happened themselves. From me or possibly dropped or misplaced by staff... I was not rude or short yet I was told go get an atty and a subpoena. It's faster and cheaper to wait in line half the day and pay $11 than to deal with Verizon anymore. This does not include the horrors or the fact that I could not use my number and had to get a different number from a different carrier. When I went back for a refund they said the didn't do that though I had bought it hours ago and went back to the store 3 times to try and fix the problem.

    Verizon has horrible customer service. Unfortunately, I have not found a company that does not use…read morescripts, talking hours of your time, rather than addressing the problem you are calling about. The pay for call centers overseas, and set incentives, apparently, to keep customers on the phone line for extremely long periods of time, as they cycle through script after script after script without addressing the problem, because they can't really solve it. Then they put you on with a supervisor who tries to sell you on something like sharing all your contacts because you don't want to receive hundreds of spam calls a day. Phone companies are going the way of cable TV, and have for some time, which seems to be, "screw the customer we don't care about them, all we care about is making the most possible money and taking every bit of time and money we can." Privacy and professional propriety and information security don't matter at all to them. A customer's time is their's to waste, in their point of view.
