    Returned my XFinity RouterD3 on a loaner at this location and was greeted and taken cared off by Mr. El Blanco as the process was hassle-free. There are also new deals with the provider as I was told that they have bundle deals that are now connected with the mobile plan. I might switch considering that it has more 5G coverage and a faster broadband speed.

    The Lady I spoke with. She gave me her name and II've misplaced the paper I wrote it on. But it was last night October 28, 2024. She actually talked me out of canceling both of my services with you guys. By listening to my complaints. Explaining why certain things transpired. Then offered me a better deal than I'd received from T mobile. I hadn't contacted AT&T yet. I signed another two year contract with you guys for both services. This lady listened very patiently to the back story to some of the issues. She asked pertinent questions. Again as I've already stated, Listened to my answers and ultimately resolving all my issues.     If Yelp allowed zero, Xfinity has earned it!!! First you would think the world of COVID-19 they would focus on customer service over the phone rather than in person. Their online system was crafted to ensure the customer gives up because of the vicious circle they play. You cannot talk to a live person when calling and the store rep (who also demonstrated no customer service skills) does not seem to place needs of customers as the reason for their employment. Moreover I had an appointment and because someone came in for a return they took the walk in first, does that make sense? Why Make an appointment if they pick and choose who they want to serve. Very soon Xfinity is being fired and rightfully so they earned the words "your fired!"

    This review is for his service center itself and not for the brand of Comcast/Xfinity. To summarize, there are long lines, long wait times, mediocre service for a company who could pretty much care less about their customers. The location is easy enough to get to. It is near Barnes and Noble. The store is large but there isn't much seating for the large amount of people who have to wait. They are open seven days a week which is convenient. Most people are exchanging defective equipment which I was as well.

    My cable bill with Xfinity/Comcast was outrageous! It always seemed to increase each month which always forced me to call, in which they always made me go through their sales pitch! Very annoying! So now I am here at the store dropping off my equipment. If I were to rate the service, they would get 2 Stars but instead, I'm at the store turning in my equipment so I'm rating my experience concerning the store. Having said that, instead of signing in on their electronic sign in pad, their staff is handwriting all of our names on a piece of paper and taking our equipment. As I'm watching her put everyone's items on the back counter, I'm hoping and praying she doesn't mix up my items with the next person. My fear was that, when it's my turn, she tells me I'm missing a remote control or something and charging me for it, when actually I'm not. The female employee taking names is extremely nice, very professional and, I must say, patient! The minute she starts taking our equipment and putting it away, another customer comes in, which doesn't seem to bother her because she addresses everyone in her same pleasant manner. Even the customers who come in with service issues, who appear to be disgruntled, she keeps her cool and addresses them in a courteous manner. This employee knows how to handle a somewhat stressful situation. Kudos to her! Wish I would have gotten her name. I didn't have to wait long, so I guess her "handwriting system" worked out well because everyone was called in the order that they came in. When they called my name and told me to go to booth #10, another lady handled the actual logging in, of my equipment, and issuing my receipt. She was just as friendly and professional and the process went smooth and quick. No problems at this store, I just wish the company's telephone customer service was just as good. And I also wish they wouldn't keep adding to my monthly bill and maybe, just maybe I would have stayed.

    This is by far the best Xfinity store I've been in. Super helpful and friendly. This is probably the only reason I still use Xfinity at all

    Xfinity stolen phone #…read more Our community provides tv service through Xfinity. We have that service and added internet & our family's mobile plan - 4 phones. On August 3, 2025 at approximately 5 am we were hacked. Our modem was taken over so we had no access to internet. All of our cellphones were deactivated. So we had no ability to contact anyone as we gave up our landline some time ago. The hacker added two names to our account and changed the managing phone and email to a number and email that are not ours. We had to leave our house and find another location with a phone and internet access so that we could call Xfinity. We waited for about 30 minutes before an agent picked up our call. He was able to see that our WiFi modem name and password had been changed and 3 phones had been deactivated. The agent restored service to the modem and the 3 phones, then researched my phone number. It was no longer in our account at all. It had been transferred to another Xfinity customer, MT, on a Samsung phone but a different model than mine. I have had my phone number for more than 20 years and I want it back. We were told that it was possible to pull the number back by shutting off service to that other account but a Fraud investigation had to happen first. It was opened and we were told we would hear from Xfinity Fraud department in the next 24 hours. We have a case number that has been open since 8/3/2025 at 6:30pm. The Fraud Dept has never contacted us once. We've called multiple times & they tell us the same story. My phone number is a second verification for many of our accounts. While waiting for Xfinity to get my number back, the hacker changed access our bank account, moved our savings to our checking account and attempted to wire transfer our money out. Being at the bank first thing, I stopped that. Xfinity has left us exposed, when they could have fixed it the day the hack occurred. I was 'greeted' by a monosyllabic guy at the front door. I tried to explain the problem but he just took the phone and started clicking around. Still at the front door. I asked if we might move to a desk and sit down. It was like speaking Mandarin. He clicked around for around 10 minutes with help from two other employees. He then shoved the phone at me and said 'here'. I took it to verify the sim was properly working and walked out. I think i exchanged 5 words with this guy. The whole place was full of a ragtag collection who definitely didn't seem like they wanted to be there. To turn my old phone in i went to the location on Roosevelt Blvd. Quite the opposite. A young man greeted me at the door with his name, we sat down and he took the phone and marked it as exchanged. The atmosphere in these two locations was just the opposite. Not sure why.

My experience with the company dates back to a couple of years ago, but my experience was so bad that I would not consider going back to them until it was widely reported that they have cleaned up their act. (judging by the blog at http://clearwiresucks.com/blog/ they have not done much apart from changing their name). 1. Every time I called customer support, I had to deal with a hassle of some sort--either the tech didn't know how to answer my question, or I had to go through a script of diagnostics, or some other frustrating customer no-service issue, one of the problems was that they wanted to restart the clock on your two-year contract EVERY time you made an adjustment to your account settings. 2. I was on the hook for a two year contract, and when I realized that they were charging me the same amount as their competitors for internet service that was 1/4 the speed of those competitors, I called to cancel, only to be told that I would have to pay the LARGE cancellation fee (It was like $250!) 3. I haggled with them for 45 minutes, explaining that I was now an unhappy customer, stuck paying way too much for way too slow internet, and they begrudgingly granted me a discount. 4. I set a reminder up in my calendar because i heard that they like to just re-up your contract if you don't call EXACTLY within their window to cancel your account, and when I called, and they badgered me about leaving, they promised that they were going to offer a better, higher speed product. I told them that unless their customer service/tech support improved, I would never make use of their service again Basically, this is the iPhone of the internet--REALLY great idea!!!!!! Implemented by the worst possible company (AT&T). UPDATE: Locations for Clear keep popping up in Jacksonville. Here on Yelp, it appears that each time one goes live, there is a 5-star review on it. I think the company is encouraging its sales reps to come on Yelp and up-star the locations. If you look for Clear in other cities, the same trend exists. I've already flagged two suspicious reviews where the person making them was a new member with only 4 reviews: all of them 5 stars, and all of them for Clear in various locations. I called back and spoke to a supervisor, he informed me I could return the product and was apologetic. I used the return label they emailed me and took all the steps to close my account. I had to call back four times to notify them they had revived the package (per the tracking delivery notification). They insured me I would receive my refund, this was in December. It is now Mid February 2013 and not only have they failed to return my money for a product in their possession BUT they are still billing me. DISHONEST LIARS...... BEWARE
