I am severing tires with the company that does not believe in customer service nor taking care of their customers. But based on my overall fairly recent experiences with Safe Touch company, prior to when I very recently received assistance from Safe Touch's employee Justin, I would have given S T just 3 stars. However I would if possible definitely want to give more than 5 stars to Justin in the Jacksonville Safe Touch service center. Justin is an extremely helpful and a very patient service representative!! I have had three different issues come up over the past month re: 3 different component failures within my Safe Touch security system. All 3 issues occurred on weekend days when the Tallahassee office is closed during the weekend. I thus called S T's Jacksonville location. In doing so, I was very fortunate to have reached Justin. He was able to guide me through the process that was necessary in order to stop what had been a failed component's weekend long beeping warning sounds :-( . And today Justin very patiently stepped me though the processes that helped to rectify a third system component which had caused my entire security system to completely stop functioning over the weekend. I truly hope Safe Touch's management team fully realizes just how very fortunate S T is to have an exemplary employee such as Justin. He is an extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and a very kind S T representative!! If I possibly could, I would certainly want to give him more than just 5 Stars!!! Janice S.

    As of 23 March 2025, I' been a customer of Vivint since the middle of 2022. Over the last 12…read moremonths, the smoke/carbon detector has been going off more frequently as every month past. When talking with Vivint Representative during trouble shooting, there response was the dust is why the alarm would activate. I had my ventilation ducts cleaned, and after several weeks, the alarm continued to be set off 3 to 4 times per month. Finally, Vivint agreed to replace the detector. The same vivint Representative I spoke with on replacing the device, said I would also receive prepaid postage to return the old faulty detector. Upon receiving the new detector, I opened the package to find the new detector with no prepaid postage label or even a return address to ship the old faulty smoke detector. The directions were not detailed enough to program the new detector into the vivint hub panel. So, I had to call Vivint and to get the detector setup and get them to email me a return address to mail the faulty detector to (58 minute phone call), which should have not taken over 10 to 15minutes at the most to complete. Here is further information, highlighting why the phone call took so long. First of all, customer service had very broken English, I could barely make out every other word they were saying. I was having to ask them to repeat what they were saying. 2nd, I ask them to clarify procedures for returning the faulty equipment. The Representative, first said the faulty equipment didn't have to be returned (red flag) completely contradicting what the first Representative had told me 10 days prior. I told the Representative, that I'm not going to be on the hook for a ridiculous fee of not returning faulty equipment, and the information that he was giving me was conflicting information of the first representative. I requested email to be sent to me with a address to ship the faulty equipment to, and after 45minutes waiting on the phone, I finally received the email. It didn't take but 5 minutes to give him the numbers off the new device and he manually entered it in his system and it appeared on my security panel. Vivint has a good product in my opinion, please work on the setup instructions and improving customer service. I hope this review has been helpful.

    I am a 100% disabled veteran and had a terrible experience with Vivint. I was promised waived…read moreinstallation and activation fees, included outdoor lighting, and lower monthly costs, but instead I was overcharged and misled throughout the process. Jace Glisson, Stephanie (ID 9141638), Joseph (ID 9150826), Brandon (ID 239434), and Wyatt (ID 251541) were all involved, and no one properly resolved the issue. I was offered small credits instead of real solutions. This felt like a complete bait-and-switch. I would not trust this company to monitor my home or protect my family.
