There are significant issues with communication, management, and coordination between the emergency management team and property managers, which ultimately resulted in expensive mistakes and delays. Unfortunately, repairs and installations were not completed properly and created additional problems that required further time and money to address. Overall, this has been a significantly stressful and expensive experience. Continuing to work with Spectrum after new ownership was a very costly mistake and would not choose to work with this company.
