Went here June 6, 2026, total chaos. watched the human condition unfold in real time, after an hour and two folks dealt with, and the line growing we left. We have recently moved to NJ, so went on line for nearby location, and they mention scheduling an appointment. We did so, but truly no need. Door opened at scheduled hour, and EVERYONE was ready to work. Yes, there was a line outside, but every employee moved forward to help. We had Lamont help us return our equipment. he was both profession, but kind. When we were leaving he called us back to give us a piece of the equipment that did not belong to them. I am giving a 5/5 review based on the actions of Lamont. This is the kind of employee a company with a ruffled reputation needs to soothe the masses. read more

Well, I've had a xxxx@Comcast.net email address since the invention of email. I USED to have other Comcast services, but I dropped them maybe 5 years ago, since their service was so bad. I retained my email address, which Comcast promised to keep up, as long as I used it occasionally. I use it daily. This morning, my email wouldn't work, as it kept asking me for my password, and then didn't recognize it. So I went to the local Comcast store (near Oxford Valley), was greeted nicely, and eventually I was told that since I didn't have an Xfinity account, they couldn't help me. They suggested I call 1-800-XFINITY, which I did. After working around the automated prompts, the system promised to connect me to Customer Service. After a L-O-N-G pause, a recording told me that they had an "unexpected technical problem" and disconnected the call. I tried again, with the same result. I got no help from the local Xfinity store (and they didn't seem to care), and their 1-800-XFINITY system hung up on me. Did I mention that I used to have Comcast services many years ago, but I dropped them because their service was so bad? It hasn't improved since then. read more

The Worst WiFi I've ever Used it's on and Off All Day and Night the Connection is The Worst you Can't Do Any Work I Lose it it Drops Off and 10 mins Later Back on And they don't care they don't care they turn around and have been told about this issue time and time again. Do they do anything about it? No, I've never seen a Comcast truck come out here and do anything. If I could give it a negative star I would, but I can't. read more

Brought in my phone to be activated and get a sim card. John at the front was awesome. I was about 5 seconds before he started his magic, he got the phone activated and me on my way. He was the best part of this location!!!!! A++++ customer service from a fabulous employee!!!! read more

DO NOT TRUST XFINITY WITH YOUR BANK OR ACCOUNT INFO! I am one of many people that has experienced fraud on my account made my payment to "scammers" that just so happen to pick up the phone after each xfinity prompt WITH ALL OF MY INFO ON FILE for took my payment and magically I still owe on my bill. I go into the store and ALSO spoke to several reps on the phone and they ALL admitted that THEY ARE AWARE that their company has a security breech and their customers info was no longer secure and STILL cut off our service and refuse to resolve this issue. I have about 40 ppl locally that this has also happened to after making a short fb post about this matter. Do not trust this company! read more

Their website does not help you find information well. The phone customer service is horrible. You can't call and get details on pricing without being sold. The phone sales reps are not giving you all the plan options, only what they want you to buy. Pretty much a monopoly like all other major cable and internet providers. You only have one choice so they can afford to have bad customer service. read more

My husband went there yesterday to sign up for a no contract double play. He specifically specified no contract. The sales rep without my husbands knowledge signed him up for a 2 year contract triple play and only showed the price of the total, not what the actual deal was or that it was a contract. Extremely upset about this. We do not have his name but he was working there yesterday late afternoon and his cashier number on the receipt is 09K. This is completely unprofessional and unethical. read more

Xfinity Store by Comcast - Internet Service Providers Near Me - Langhorne, Pennsylvania

I've had an issue with Comcast ever since I recently switched back from Fios. I was in need of a wireless box and I was told this store was the best bet. I checked in and waited to be called, roughly 20 minutes or so. Finally I was called up and I was told the wireless boxes were unavailable. I explained to the girl that I had called to confirm and I was told I could pick up a box. No apology, just an attitude from a rude employee. I drove 25 minutes each way for nothing. I was told I needed to pay $59.95 for a technician to come out and install. Now this is a wireless box that runs off of power and an hdmi cable. A monkey could install it. Comcast is all about money, it's quite sad. read more

Despite what you may think of the company as a whole, I've never had a problem with this location. Much better & faster service to drive here & talk to someone than wait on the phone. In the past I've gone to them for replacement remotes, new cable box & reporting an outage that turned out to be squirrels eating through the lines outside my place. Recently moved & turned in my equipment at this location, was fast & easy, just gave my name at the counter & waited 5 or so minutes to turn it in. They even had free soft pretzels that day for customers because the Eagles were going to the Super Bowl. read more

I ordered a new Comcast/Xfinity box from the app on my TV to avoid having to go and waste time at the store. The box came in a few days, I installed it & activated it with no issues. The instructions said to just drop off the old equipment at a nearby Comcast/Xfinity store. So I go to the nearby store the guy takes the box, scans it and gives me a receipt but says I have to wait to see a sales rep. After waiting 15 minutes I ask him why do I need to see a sales rep and he says to take the equipment off the account. After 40 minutes, I could no longer wait, I told the guy I am leaving, they had the equipment, thats was the instructions were, not to wait for a sale rep. He said okay, so what was the purpose of waiting, to hear a sales pitch for more services or to switch to the Xfinity cell phone..........TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME, all of the cable-internet providers are frustrating and overly priced. read more

In today after my router began to malfunction even though it was only a few months old. Spent a few hours on the phone with technical support yesterday and first tech had no clue. Second call got me to a tier 2 tech who did appropriate troubleshooting and eventually determined the router was malfunctioning. That's not reflective of the store. I have always been very happy with the store. The convenience of its location, staffing and having what you need when you need it. Today's clerk cashier D_S was not so friendly and gave me the feeling I was inconveniencing him. However another gentleman opened the door for me and offered both the greeting and thank you the clerk did not. read more

Yesterday, May 16, 2017 I went into the store to swap out two older boxes for newer HD set top boxes. I specifically told the women at the counter that I wanted HD boxes and I did not have X1 service nor did I want it. She gave me a X1 set top box and a dta box. The X1 box does not work with my service and I didn't want another DTA. I would be nice if Comcast/Xfinity would hire people who care about the job they do and if they would train them so they could perform their job. When I questioned the box she gave which said X1 on it, she was snippy and said that it would work. Meanwhile Comcast puts out notices about how they are improving customer service which clearly falls into the "alternative facts" category. read more

Hands down the WORST cable provider in the area. They promise the moon and stars and leave you in a black hole instead. Too many lapses in service, impossible to get service when needed and they try to charge you when a problem develops that is clearly their equipment. We had them for 16 years and we got rammed so bad that they refused to remove their equipment and instead i tore it down and dropped off at their local offices. When and if you do it make sure to get a receipt for the equipment because they will attempt to charge you for it. These people are the worst plus somehow they are able to provide low cost service to some and then charge the bejesus out of those who can afford it??? Does that sound fair to you. Plus they want the FCC to allow them to turn off over the air broadcasts because they don't make enough off the advertisers. Pure scum. read more

If you are getting new equipment make sure it is new and not refurbished. Picked up two cable boxes which has both been refurbished and neither of them worked. After an hour on the phone with customer service it was determined that I had to go back to the store to exchange the boxes. This time I got new ones which did work. I am going to check into FIOS.
