I needed to add a line for my kid. I came in hoping to do so but Xfinity wouldn't allow me to add a line to my existing plan. So we tried to solve that issue only to be told that the UNLOCKED PAID PHONE I brought with me was stolen. UMMMM OK. I showed them proof that it was paid I full and they said it was black listed. But 5 minutes prior to doing that they had activated it and it working. I was getting more and more annoyed by the minute but it wasn't the reps working there. They had to out source and call to do anything becuase xfinity apparently can't do anything correctly like even provide decent cell phone or internet service. After I left the store I called customer service and was told that my phone wasn't reported stolen, but it wasn't compatible with Xfinity. So ..... I took by business to T-Mobile and they were able to help me instantly without a problem. I'm about to switch all 5 lines to T-mobile. I only gave 2 stars because the girl that helped me was really sweet and I feel bad she and to work for such a shorty company. read more

Absolutely worst customer service.... You cannot reach a live person and when the technician came out after 3days of no service they finally confirmed it was an improper calibration (after climbing the pole ) and promised they would have it up and running today. Xfinity does not care about their customers and this store is just an amplification of that resounding message. We have had our payments on autopay for the last 10 years and then all of a sudden they told us the payment failed (and we owed fees and they might shut off our service) through text message! We immediately called our bank and there was no problem on our end. We tried to fix the issue online but kept getting pop up errors and then proceeded to spend over two hours in "chatting" online with customer service, only for them to tell us we would have to drive to a physical store to make a payment because they couldn't help us. We drove 20 minutes to this store and upon entry we saw 6 young employees sitting on their phones, except one who was helping a customer. One employee was so bored he was playing with a kendama, trying to catch and balance it on top of things. The employee who asked us what we needed immediately told us that the issue was probably because "their internet is down". Let that sink in. First of all, THEY ARE THE INTERNET! Second of all, if they go down so much that it becomes their employees default answer to everyone's issues, maybe they are in the wrong business. We explained the issue again and he tried looking up our account, only to tell us he was getting the same pop up as us and the people online and he could not fix the problem. We also tried to make a payment while we were there so that we at least didn't have to worry about that, but they told us they could not do that either and we would have to drive to a different city to a "corporate" store and maybe they could help us. We were so pleased and confident in their abilities that we immediately drove the 45 minutes to the next city and.... JUST KIDDING! We went home because it was obvious they did not care and couldn't help. After 2 hours on the phone, transfers from IT to Billing and more, and getting hung up on THREE different times by their customer service agents, I finally got someone named Phillip who actually seemed to comprehend basic English and maybe even care about his job a little. He told us that something went wrong with the payment and they could not fix it but to go to the store and try paying CASH to see if the issue ultimately resets. We returned to this store, made a cash payment and now have no idea what is going on with our account because we still cannot log in without a pop up. We are currently looking at switching to AT&T because going to a physical store to make a cash payment every month is 2025 is insanity. read more

I went into the store to add a service to my parents plan. I now remember why I don't personally have xfinity. No one but the employees in the store. The male employee put the game he was playing on his phone and asked how to help me. Why he asked me I have no idea because as we discussed what I wanted, he only tried to sell me more stuff and not address what I wanted to do. I became frustrated and made a comment that I should consider having my parents change a company that come can address their needs he said "Do what you think you need to do." Returned the Xfinity internet router to this store & while I was there; their internet went down. They told me they'd process it once the internet came back online. I have since been charged rental fees for the router I returned as they never actually processed the return. Xfinity has the worst customer service of any company. Hands down. read more

I went in 8 days ago to show them my husbands death certificate so I could change account holder to me. I was told to do this by Xfinity security when I tried to do it on the phone. I was helped by a young woman who looked at certificate..typed something into laptop..went to back room " to check on something " for several minutes..and told me it would take a few days to a week. I called Xfinity today to complete this issue and not a thing had been done!! Now I get not knowing how to do something but lying about what you did..or did not do??? Comcast is the worst cable service in the country. Even people that work there have told me to use Starlink or other service if possible. Their customer service people don't know anything and have standard statements to read you when you call to complain. I imagine Starlink is getting a lot of customers from this horrible "service provider". HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Made an in store appointment for 6:30pm to change my WIFI package since my promotion had expired. Was told to come back another day since the rep did not have enough time to process the request but yet he had time to try and upsell me on a cell phone?! Asked him how he did not have enough time since the store closed at 7pm but he was to worried about going home and doing his closing out store procedures. I asked for a manager and he stated there was not one on site and would not give me his name nor the managers. This carrier has made my iPhone as fast as a Macintosh from the early 90s. I first made the switch from AT&T to Xfinity. From then on, it has been nothing but terrible. I get no service AT ALL. Anywhere from in the city to out the goonies. My blood pressure has skyrocketed this last year from watching my phone load for five minutes straight then tell me "oops something went wrong" because of the lack of service. My drug dealers burner phone loads faster than my iPhone on Xfinity's service plan. It's not worth the money to have declining health problems as a side effect from this terrible carrier. read more
