On 4/2026…read moreim in collections for not being specific enough in the cancelation of my account they kept billing me for a watch and a tablet i returned the modem for internet and said cancel my account which they said they had done i only have 1 account number with them they are refusing to credit back the charges for 10/25 till 4/26 even though they know the account and items on the account were never used in the time frame because everything i had on the account is with another carrier as of 10/25 im in COLLECTIONS contacted the resolution team they did not care was the feeling i got was a customer for over 20 yrs started with nextel who became sprint who became t mobile please consider not signing up with t mobile if you can help it Thanks for letting me vent

Worst experience ever the gentleman named John who works there has tried to help me twice an both…read moretimes got nothing accomplished he even went as far as having me sit on hold with tlife t mobile support for 45 mins when they clearly said an hour wait did nothing for me an when it hit 8 pm he kicked me out with out doing anything for me that I asked for I thought the customer was always right but iguess not there cause each time I asked for a phone he didn't give me one an had me go they were closing but I work every day so I don't have time to go during the day u think he would have at least got me the phone I asked for twice I guess I'm going for a third time see if I get Taken care or if this place is as bad as I think it is
