Whatever you do, do not choose Comcast as your cable/ internet provider. The customer service is TERRIBLE! I cancelled Comcast when I moved and I was so excited to finally get a different cable provider. For one, when you call you get a recording and it's nearly impossible to get to an actually person. When you get to an actual person, you are transferred and transferred and transferred and.... Make sure you have at least 45 mins to waste your time. The issues I've called about are NEVER resolved which results in another hour of being transferred. My blood pressure rises as soon as I think about trying to resolve an issue bc it doesn't happen. read more

Received the poorest service ever. Rep came over and sat on the sofa, was not helpful or knowledgeable and yawned throughout. Never pulled up the account simply looked at my bill. I returned the modem I received months ago and did not need. Again he said they could refund only 30 days, but never wrote down my account number or went on a screen. So I am sure this was handled not also. Was an African American young man with long hair. I am going to another office tomorrow or AT&T on Monday. read more

Employees acted very nonchalant and socialized while customers were waiting. No sense of urgency at all. One female employee that was working the front desk dropped a curse word. Overall pretty annoyed with even having to come in and rot for over 30 minutes just to return something. like how hard is it ??? I should've been in and out . This is by far the worst company ever. They have the technology to have fast cable but they are unwilling to update the wiring that goes to your house because it cost to much and I still have to pay outrageous prices for just the basics then when something doesn't work they tell you to unhook then return the box and then if still doesn't work call a technician out where you have to miss work to wait on them just for them to change out the box again at the same time we have to continue to pay the outrageous price for a service we are unable to get because of an error code uggghhhhhhh!!! read more

Xfinity/Comcast has teamed up to acquire us through there day. although you may be disappointed you still are able to manage your billing. the advertisement that states that it would be on through stormy weather were correct. there were upcoming storms and a hurricane in fact and it stayed on all day. this company has done nothing but prepare for this virus. Xfinity of Charleston was safety prepared for business to cooperate, this measured up to each person standard. someone came and placed my cable in on August 11, 2020, and I proceed with the payment amount and has given my monthly payment in late but before the provided time. So now I will continue to go to this business because of there ingenuity. when I went on September 26, 2020. I paid my internet bill in order for it to work and explained the devices in detail and gave a great impression. I am happy to say that my cable is back on. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Mischa is the rudest woman I have ever met. She clearly was just repeating a script over and over again to push me to the side without even really listening to what my concern was, which later to be discovered by a very respectful manager who knew what he was talking about, was not my fault and indeed was an overcharge on comcast's end that needed to be refunded to me. Mischa was exceptionaly unpleasant, insensitive and unhelpful when explaining my bill. She was clearly unfamiliar with how to explain charges or how to effectively speak to customers and I am shocked that she was hired to work in a customer service environment. My infant knows how to make eye contact and be polite to others. Whatever day she was having she took out on me and was so disrespectful to my son and I it made me want to cancel services. I was patient up until the end when she raised her voice at me and kept circling the incorrect amount and repeating it over and over again instead of showing empathy for an overcharge and leading me to someone who has knowledge. If she has simply told me she wasn't sure and was polite instead of trying to make it seem like I was crazy for questioning a bill that was twice the amount it has been doe the past 6 months with no change in service, I would have waited all day with a smile on my face. If you don't know how to talk to people like they are humans and expect to treat them like garbage you should not have a job to assist customers. I recommend she seek anger management and find a satisfying job instead of projecting her negativity onto others. For the managers - find someone who will benefit your business. Also- I spoke with multiple colleges and they all said: "I know exactly who you are talking about and she is so unprofessional and that is why I don't go there anymore." read more
