    An appointment, but they tried to tell me it was not made.

    The service at this location was not too bad in person. Customer service wasn't overly nice however basic which was fine. employee helping me said you do need to have aco-op which I understood and proceeded home to set up the modem. When I got home, I did not find a co-po wire in my apartment anywhere I contacted Xfinity, which you cannot get a hold of on the phone.. you do have to chat with somebody on the app. Explained the situation she scheduled appointment for Wednesday the 26th. Come Wednesday we took off work to be home the tech got to our house and said where's the approval letter from your property management. We said what do you mean. Tech said your property management needs to approve me putting in a co-op wire then he left. Well, making this appointment we were never informed that we need a letter. shortly after we called property management they emailed the approval letter. Tried to call Xfinity back. Did not get a hold of anybody in time for them to send somebody else back that day so....got back on the chat on my app spoke with somebody to schedule another appointment received a message back saying they scheduled it for Friday the 28th at 9 to 10.(see picture) come the morning of the 28th about to be 9 AM. I got on my chat again to connect letting them know. I have not received a text message saying a technician was on their way xfinity this agent informed me there was no appointment made. I requested to have a call back and I did receive one. However she was not helpful trying to make excuses saying they did not have enough technicians to cover Our area my Response was an appointment never should have been promised in the case. I made it clear. I wanted someone to come out the 28th because that's what I was told and I've already been inconvenienced by taking off work and being misinformed. However, the agent on the phone continued to use the same excuse, also saying the service that was already for free would be free. I requested to talk to a manager. After a long hold She said they were in a meeting and if I would like a call back. I agreed to callback hung and started wanting then received a text message saying I was scheduled for the following Monday. Now it's clear she never intended for anyone to call back.Needless to say I will be canceling my service. The service that had never been able to start.

    Excellent placeAwesome serviceEmployee James knows his work very well Also on Sep 25 2019 our internet was fixed by Francisco he is also a very good employeeWe use Xfinity for a few years and their internet is THE BEST .

    I hired their team for a 6-camera install around the outside of my house. I went over the details…read morewith Mike, the owner, on the phone and he sent his guys out on the next available appointment. Mike said his guys knew their stuff through their experience with all sorts of installs, but I think he should have also advertised their level of effort. I went over the plan with the guys assigned to the job - Matt and Robert. They helped me tweak it in line with their professional opinion, the reality of the install, and how hide the ethernet runs. To my surprised, they offered to and spent the extra time to create runs inside a smaller attic to mount two of the cameras to leave no visible wiring to the device. Check the pictures for a few of the installs. I've given the cameras a few days to soak test against high load and moderately toasty temperatures outside (Lower conductivity and high data traffic to challenge the install.). So far it has worked pretty darn good on the first go. Beyond the install, Mike and the team respected my decision to acquire and manage my own cameras, poe switches, and VMS. They didn't attempt at all to make any sales pitches but did offer to help me acquire cameras if I needed their assistance to do so. I appreciate all of this because I know doing this kind of work for a residential building doesn't provide the best returns for a business and many have stopped offering wired camera install services - including the low voltage installers for my home! On top of that, they do this at a very reasonable price.

Long story short, I was having a problem and I called in. Mike took his time and fixed my problem over the phone. Problem fixed! So glad we went with this company because they care about getting it right! Appreciate you guys...thank you!
