So I had to come into this store to take care of a TOBR. It was a complicated situation but Ken was soooo nice and helpful. I actually came in yesterday to see what could be done and Ken reassured me that he could take care of what I needed to do but it was too late to do it. He said he would be here today. And he was and right on time!! If I need anything else I truly hope that Ken will be here to help. There is a huge selection of phones and accessories. I went in to upgrade 2 Apple Watches. They upgraded my Apple Watches and also added 2 watch lines but didn't remove the 2 original watch lines. So I paid for 2 watch lines I didn't have for 15 months. When I called AT&T to dispute these charges they said they could only credit my account for 3 months of the overcharges. Not the full 15 months. I will be leaving AT&T and not coming back. This is 2nd time I've dealt with them about overcharges and them not handling it fairly. read more

I was lied to. I signed up for att direct stream. I was told that I get 2 months free. And pay about $81.00 after the 3rd month. That wasn't the case. They charged me the money right away. Because of that. 2 of my bills wasn't paid. So I was told that I have to pay possibly $70.00 overdraft fees. I cancelled it. And will take 3 to 5 days to get my money back. I came here, two months ago, requesting for them to change my insurance coverage and even though I was told it would be resolved in September, it is now November and I am still overpaying. They have me set up for a family insurance plan even though I only have one line of service. When I told Daniel the manager this, he basically told me I was wrong and that they don't do that here. I was going to get a sweet deal and switch up phone plan that would end up saving me almost $40 a month and for some reason it seemed to upset him. he was especially irked that I wanted to go down from a 256 GB to a 128 GB. Even though there's only a $100 difference, it seems alas, these are salesman stomping their feet until they can scam you for every dollar you have. AT&T told me that I can have two lines going to my iPhone X they gave me the number for the line I printed off flyers changed emails got everything ready for the second line I was having added. When I got my Sim card today it did not work as described the second number was not coming through after about seven hours on the phone I finally figured out that it can't be done with an iPhone X it Hass to be an iPhone XS. I asked him if there was anything they could do to help me as I was misled when it was sold to me and they said no. Please send me a private message if you want video. I was in this store on a busy day and was with a representative in less than 2 minutes. In 30-45 minutes of being there the team member addressed the issue for my visit, also set me up with a new phone, and took it on himself to improve my plan and rate without having to ask. The team member saved me $65 a month on my plan. The manager was also very helpful during this process and frequently asked his employees and customers if they needed additional help. From what I observed the staff was very friendly. I did see one customer being very rude to another team member because she couldn't help him with his issue "in store" (as if she should have a magic wand) but everyone else appeared to be satisfied with the help they were receiving! Went in to return 3! Items they sold me telling me they were this and that but all failed to live up to it. I was told I could exchange but I had to leave due to having my dog with me. After dropping him with my sister I call to go back in and do the exchange and am told it was a one time offer and I'm out of luck. Stuck with $100 worth of merch I cannot use. The guy Lucky is the one who sold me my case and swore popsockets would adhere to it and 3 later I proved it wrong. Then refuses to let me return the case. Sold me 2 charging docks that took 2.5 hours to charge to 50% and a scratch resistant case that scratched the second it was lightly touched to a rough surface. I've never had people act this way before, I'm not local and have to drive 30 min to the nearest store, all for nothing. I wish they were nicer, I wonder if it has any to do with the fact that they get paid a commission for all the accessories they sell. read more

Just spent almost a good hour in this store attempting to order an Apple Watch to add onto my existing account. The guy who helped me whose name I didn't catch was seemed pretty less then thrilled to help me from the moment I came in. I sat there while they attempted to complete me purchase/order since they didn't have what I wanted in store, but there system was done so it was quite the process. He has to enter my card info manually, which was fine but I specifically stated to him that my billing and shipping address were different. Once all was said and done I look over the receipt and see that the watch is being sent to the wrong address. I say something about the error and am told there is "really nothing they can do." I can attempt to call Fed Ex and sort the matter out myself. I suggest myself that maybe I could call AT&T customer service? I'm told "yea, maybe." I'm sorry, but unacceptable. He should of being on the phone to AT&T himself assisting me in fixing the fuck up on his end. Instead of his half ass "sorry" and shoulder shrug. Sorry doesn't give me back the last hour I just wasted in your store or the 30 plus minutes I just spent on the phone on my one day off when all I wanted to do was go get this watch hassle free. They lie. From what I can tell they are telling the customers exactly what they are told to say. It's not that they're being malicious but they say your bill is going to be one thing and then it's twice as much. They say that your device is active when it's not. They don't change your account there. They don't help with insurance here. They don't assist with any issues with your device even if it's a they have there. I went in this store within 30 days asking if I could do something about the fact that my phone is scratching my charger when I detach it and it took almost a year and 10 ruined chargers before anyone told me they couldn't do and that I needed to talk to Apple and not them (the store I bought it from). If I could put zero stars I would. I called to have my WiFi get checked out and they said NO COST. WHICH IS ZERO DOLLARS. After they finished the tech said it wouldn't cost anything. He was there for 5 minutes. Upgraded to an iPhone last night. When I got home, we noticed the screen was popped up on one corner. Talked to Apple care who said to bring it back to the AT&T store because it was defective out of the box and legally the point of sale needs to exchange it. Brought the phone back this morning and showed them the problem. The manager said no problem so i wiped the phone and the rep started working the exchange. He went back to get a replacement but instead came out and said they couldn't do it all of a sudden and refused to help me. Poor service and a violation of California Civil Code section 1723. I will be filing a complaint per the Attorney General's Office of California. read more

Worst customer service ever. I have 4 lines with ATT. Had to get a new SIM card for one. Checked in & told the guy standing in front with no customers at the time. He says to have a seat & someone will be with me. So I assumed he must've been there to just check people in. However, as the time passed, I watched as he helped new customers come in after me. Mind you, there was hardly anyone in the store so it was obvious I was a waiting customer. An hour passed & i'm watching sales associates chatting with one another. So I finally addressed one of the sales people. The guy who initially checked us in acted surprised that no one helped me yet. Needless to say, it took 5 minutes to replace my SIM card. I should've never had to wait an hour to get help when the store had more sales associates than customers. I'm pretty certain I was ignored because I wasn't in to buy a new phone or add a new line. This is no way to treat a current paying customer. I'm keeping tabs of all the times ATT has disappointed & as soon as my contract is up, I'm leaving. read more

Buyer beware! DON"T BUY or UPGRADE your phone here as well as buy their overpriced accessories! These At&t sales people work on commission and will dish out the B.S. that other non corporate vendors are much more expensive when signing up for services / buying phones which is complete hogwash! These corporate stores are only reserved for the ignorant, desperate, or the filthy rich. Chino C. is correct that they use used car sales tactics to pressure you / rush you into signing up with a plan without reviewing your existing account or ask you what your usage would be. I have a strong feeling these tactics ramp up during a major iPhone release which is obviously their busiest time of the year. They will push their overpriced phone cases on you as if it's NOT an optional accessory and offer you a plan that probably far exceeds your usage just to suck more money out of your pocket / bump up their commission. I wasn't buying any of their B.S. and was quite frankly amused of their borderline rudeness / lack of sales finesse where I just walked out. If you want to buy your phone at retail here in town, check out Sam's Club for their discount pricing, better service while paying far less sale's tax. Although, before you go there research / educate yourself on their plans online or call At&t's retention department (not their sales line). At&t's cancelation department is their last line of defense in keeping you as a customer and have the power to offer you discounts / educate you while having all the patience while on the line to answer your questions. read more

I wouldn't even give this store a single star, but you have to give at least one. Been to this store a number of times because it is local an each time was a truly unpleasant experience. Horrible customer service! Staff are inept, untrained and for the most part useless. When transferring my contacts to my new phone, they transferred only 50% and wiped everything else. I lost a ton of contacts. Can't answer questions. They promised us a certain phone and went in the back to get it only to find they were out and not only were out, but didn't know when they were next going to get a shipment. One of the staff members could barely speak English and had to keep calling a coworker to answer our questions. We now go out of our way to find a better store, even if it means a drive. read more
