While I waited on my food, I sipped my tea and noticed there was some nice jazz music playing in the background. I put a mixture of green onion, minced garlic and cilantro on the beef **chef's kiss**. Note: Other than the short rib, they give you a hefty portion of meat per selection. I suggest maybe ordering 1 or 2 meats per person and if you want more or to try something different later, request it at that time because there is a $13 per lb up-charge for wasting food. Price for the all-you-can-eat buffet is $30.99pp (at the moment). Yakiniku does have lunch specials, value packages for groups, bento boxes, and options if you don't want to cook yourself, but that is really part of the experience and it's super easy.
