So I found this Sushi place and was shocked how new it really was. Only two month established here. The owner made sure I got a straw and lid for my drink. He is watching over everything and is involved from the moment I ordered. I travel all 50 states and really expect this type of service when I go to a corner Sushi place. Portions for the price were great. Place was very clean. Food tasted fresh and found out owner has two locations. 1) Madison Location 2) Ridgeline Location I was at Madison location a must visit if your a Sushi person.

Sorry it's half eaten. It was just so dang good!

I found this place because of its raving reviews. When I arrived, I was doubtful because of the location next to a gas station. The food was amazing! I had the steak hibachi noodles. My dad had the shrimp hibachi lunch special. We will definitely come back.

    Vegetable Hibachi

I ordered the vegetable hibachi. I got a salad as my side. It was literally JUST lettuce and dressing. Visiting other Asian restaurants there's carrots & cucumbers in my salad. Also my vegetables were really hard, like they barely sautéed them. I wasn't able to enjoy them like I wanted to. I had to take my leftovers home to recook my vegetables. But over all my food was hot and fresh when I received it.

Sushi is delicious and the owner was very friendly. I was near here for work and happened to see this place across the interstate from Renaissance Colony Park. I look forward to stopping in again.

Great sushi spot in Ridgeland. Everything was exceptional: the service, the cleanliness, and the price. I would definitely recommend.

We were the last table for lunch service, and our waiter J D was kind and considerate. We had the yellowtail tuna with jalapeño salsa app -- a true gem -- and some delicious salmon nigiri, and seaweed salad to start. All delicious. The wasabi tobiko roll is a must have, and we had great dynamite, fried soft shell, and vegetable rolls as well. I am not usually a fan of veggie rolls, but The pickled burdock Edo uses in their vegetable rolls is a game-changer. Yaki soba with steak was solid, no complaints there. This is Jackson's best sushi spot! Support!

The sushi itself was incredibly fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor in a way that instantly set this place apart from anywhere else I've been. Every bite felt like a chef's kiss. If I lived in the area, this would easily be my weekly go-to spot. A true gem and an unforgettable dining experience! The ambiance was clean, warm and inviting & the music was not too loud. Just perfect.

I would give this restaurant ten stars if I could. Best sushi and best service in the Jackson area…read more I now live out of state, but no visit to Jackson is complete without a meal at Little Tokyo in Ridgeland. So many good options. I personally love the shrimp Kodiak, fantastic, and mod roll. I get hungry just writing this review

There are two camps when it comes to sushi on the west side of Madison. Little Tokyo or Nagoya…read more I tried this location of Little Tokyo for the first time tonight.... The restaurant is beautifully appointed there is no disputing this is the nicer of the two. BUT when it comes to the food I am solidly team Nagoya. For example... Nagoya's rainbow roll has tuna, salmon and yellow tail. The slices of fish are adequate. Little Tokyo's rainbow roll has two pieces topped with just avocado a piece with shrimp and two pieces of tuna and two pieces of "white fish". It also comes with eel but I requested that to be left off. This white fish seems to have skin left on and was not pleasant to taste..... the slices of tuna were so thin that they were almost see through... we also had bang bang shrimp and I am comparing them to Bonefish's bang bang.... I did not care for the bang bang. I felt like I was eating Sysco fried shrimp ... I was hoping for a light tempora battered shrimp but that was not the case.... After tonight.... I remain solidly on team Nagoya
