I will NEVER patronize this establishment again!!! On Monday, May 15, 2023, I booked two separate appointments (one for myself and the other for a friend). Upon arrival, the Owner (rude guy sitting behind the desk) wanted to know which services we were interested in. I chose the 120 minutes massage for $80 and my male friend selected the 60 minutes massage for $40. Let me just say that the service provided by a guy CALLING himself David was decent and when the time ended I tipped him $20. Upon checking out, the Owner tells me that I owed $80. He watches as I reach in my purse pulling out credit cards and cash, and he says cash price $80, so, I payed him in cash and informed him that I already tipped David. He leaves the counter to check with David, comes back and says $20 huh? I said yes. He said, "You should have paid him $40, he worked on you for 2 hours". I said excuse me. Your sign said $80 for 120 minutes and I paid the $80. When it comes to tips, I tip what I want and I tipped $20 or 25% of the bill. He then tells me that my friend had a 1 hour service and left a $20 tip. Who cares? They have a huge sign posted that clearly states "Not happy leave a $5 tip", "Super happy leave a $20 tip". The staff has always been friendly but the manager ( man behind desk ) is always very rude !!!!!!!!!!!! He is a bully and tries to get his customers to tip more so he can pay his staff less!! I would give a 5 star if not for the business setup. I get weekly massage and almost always happy. The massage table is open space. I can tell you that the massages that I get with various massagers are very similar as if they have same training or trained to massage to accomplish same end results. When you go in, your feet is soaked with warm water while they start with scalp, forehead, sideburn, and ear massage. This leads to arms, then back to foot spa and this is when they cover your eyes loosely with towels. I don't think they will oppose if you bring your own fancy eye cover. Once foot massage is done, then they work up to front leg and then turn you over for back massage. And when you here a slap or two, that is a sign of them finishing you up. Through out massage, the massager may utter few times, especially if you are not a regular, "ok?" to check if pressure is okay for you. I have spent more money at other places and they can't massage as well as this place. This is my to-go-to every weekend. Very happy with it. Matter of fact, if the owner wants to retire, I will gladly take over the place. Final word...if you want good massage for decent price, give them a try. If you want people to bow down and kiss your ass, don't expect it from here. It's all business for them here. You go, get message, you pay, you go home. They seem completely sexist at Xindy Foot Spa. Men are asked to remove their shirts and some men also remove their pants while women are kept full clothed and massaged over their clothes with a towel over them as well. (And for those wondering, it was not my preference. I was told to keep my shirt on when I asked if I should remove it like the men.) The men around me seemed to enjoy their massage. I frequently heard moaning from all around. I, however, as a woman felt that my massage was poor and did not address any of my needs--probably because they could not feel any knots or kinks that needed to be worked out with all the layers I had on. When I only left a $5 tip (that's almost 20%!) I was scuffed at. I do not plan on returning. For men, this is a great find but plan on tipping $10 or more, for women, I wouldn't bother. read more

I've been going here for years, told many many people to come here for massages. every-time i come i make an appt. for 3 or 4 total of us. the lady manager is very nice, buy the male manager is always smug and for some reason he is very impolite towards me and other people. there were times i had great massages, but recently I've been going more often, once every 2 weeks or once a month. my last 2 massages here was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. the first horrible experience was a older lady, she barely knew what she was doing, i didn't even feel any massaging. when she massaged my back she actually hurt my spine and lower back so much worse, it was a HURT PAIN not a GOOD SORE pain. the second time which was today January 8th, the girl was rushing through my massage, i knew this because my 2 friends i went with started first but my lady was always ahead. she only went through the motion but never really massaged, not even half way through i just got up and didn't want anymore "massaging" done. i did not want this girl, she seemed inexperienced to injure my back and spine. i still paid full price and i did not even sit through half of the massage. i still tipped her $10 but she deserved $0 tip! I am always a $15 - $20 tipper each time i go in here, i don't pay good money and tip good money to be disrespected by the manager and on top of that get a horrible massage! 2 our of 10 times i would get great massages, 6 out of 10 i would get an ok experience, and the rest of the time are horrible massages done by inexperienced people. it ruins my whole day when that happens, i do not pay money to come here leaving with a different mood every-time. They dont honor your request I asked ahead of time if i could get a female masseuse and was told that it wasnt a problem. It was more like having lotion rubbed on me. 3.) The carpet smells very bad As I was being massaged, i was holding my breathe because it smelled like rotton milk. 4.) Today was my third time visiting Xindy. I am pleased to say that each visit has been pleasurable. Each time I had a different massage professional and each one did a great job. The facility is clean and everyone is accommodating. The cost is great for such a service. I had the one hour massage. I have paid triple elsewhere and didn't get as good a service. I gladly give a $20 tip each time. The service is not in a private room but they make me feel very comfortable otherwise. I have decided to treat myself there more often. The energy is soothing and calm. They have a beautiful fish tank. The fish glow like the sun. When you lay down they give you a hot foot bath which I love. The beds are so comfortable and the way they are shaped make you feel like you're in a cocoon. Then they start with a head/temple/ jaw massage. Totally relaxes you. Then they do a complete full body massage. Who knew that having each one of your toes massaged would be so relaxing. I've gotten plenty of pedicures and never got a foot rub that amazing. There was no one else there which was nice. Service was great! Had a lady masseuse and she had very strong hands and she knew what she was doing. Her English was very limited but she had a friendly smile. Place was clean. The massage are and bathrooms were clean as well. The man at the counter was OK. Although I think he could be warmer. I think a lot gets lost in translation because their English is very limited. He definitely needs to speak slower & maybe Smile? The language barrier can be frustrating sometimes.
