I recently visited Angel Foot Spa for a $50 service and paid with a $100 bill. After receiving my change, the employee began insisting that I leave a tip. I asked whether tipping was mandatory, and he repeatedly pointed to a sign on the wall, but nowhere did it state that tips were required. The situation became very uncomfortable when he continued pressuring me about tipping, got close to me, and compared it to tipping at a restaurant. When I still questioned why a tip was being demanded, he told me, "You know what, just leave. Don't come back here." I understand and respect that tips are appreciated, but customers should never be harassed or pressured into tipping. Based on this experience, I did not feel welcomed or respected as a customer. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Angel Foot since the day they opened their doors, and today's experience ensured I won't be returning. For the first time, I was asked to pay in advance and repeatedly questioned about whether I would actually show up for my appointment. To be clear, in more than a decade, I have never canceled last minute, had payment issues, or failed to properly tip my service provider. Somewhere in that exchange, it seemed to be forgotten that I was the customer. When the tone shifted from professional to suspicious, I asked for my appointment for two to be canceled. Policy changes are one thing. Arbitrarily selecting which clients are required to pay in advance is something entirely different, especially when other clients were not asked to do the same. I was later called twice once it became clear I would not be returning, which only reinforced how important it is to treat people well the first time rather than trying to win back business after trust has already been lost. I have referred countless family members, friends, and coworkers to this business over the years, and those referrals carry weight because of the standards I set. I will be sharing this experience with every single person I referred so they can decide accordingly. Respect and professionalism are not optional, at least not when I'm spending my money. read more

Was not happy with last visit. I had a Groupon and the guy in the front got upset that I purchased the Groupon rather than paying him directly. He made up a fake policy of waiting 24 hours after purchasing to be able to use my Groupon. I've never heard of such a thing. read more

Again! Angel Foot Spa has the best masseuses! I went in today and met with my "usual" masseuse for an hour and a half, she worked out every sore muscle I had including the lumbar section of the back where most of my anguish is. This is therapeutic reflexology message which may not be for everyone. However, this place is my dream come true and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. The massages were ok. Too rough for my liking but other than that it wasn't bad. The woman at the front desk was very rude and completely ruined the entire experience. She was the reason we did not tip. Immediately after the massages she came in taking the towels off myself and my mother while we were still undressed. She did not leave the room as we got dressed which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was absolutely no privacy as she rushed us out of the room. We had to dress while she stayed in the room because she would not allow us the privacy we deserved. I will never return. read more

Clean room / clean hot towels Foot massage was good Location and plenty of parking Cons : My masseuse kept yawning, it wasn't an loud yawn but she did it like 9 times within the hour She smelled like her lunch; I don't want to smell onion. There was nothing wrong with the head massage, but I'm super weird about random hands/lotion on my face unless it's a facial. She huffed when I cut it short. Arm/leg massage was a joke felt like she was just rubbing in lotion and lotion is dollar tree style - good luck if you're sensitive to smells. So many things wrong with this place. First of all, please try to learn you cant make people tii you 20$ for a 30$ massage. You make it like a robbery coming to your place. People are stressed and they need relaxation so let them go by their pace. You people definitely needs to up your costumer service. Let go of your rude behavior towards costumers. The massage is ok , no one understand english properly. So thats a big problem. Learn basic english so that you communicate properly with people. The massage was good but i just dont like their treatment with costumer. Force you to pay tip not just 5 but it starts from 10. 10 is unhappy, so if 10 is unhappy so what is no tip. I go to Angel Foot Spa twice a month and pay 70.00 for 90 minutes! I have arthritis and when I leave I am pain free. I have a card that Is stamped and after 10 visits I get a free half hour foot massage. It is a flexology massage so each pressure point is beneficial and worth every penny! read more

This is a hidden gem! It is in a strip mall, but well lit. It was easy to make a reservation and they were very accommodating when I called to say I was running late. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. They provide a soak for your feet while they massage your head and neck. I felt very comfortable and the masseuse was very professional. No undressing, you'll be under towels as well. Simply remove your socks, shoes and jewelry. I will be going back and I am certainly recommending it to friends. read more

I've enjoyed this place before, but yesterday I had a $55. Body massage. The man was a bit older. Zero English. No doubt he had NO training at all. My body was in spasms. Today I feel like I was hit by a truck. I said gentle... but he worked on 2 spots for a hour. Why didn't I bolt up and leave? Thought it had to get better. Every joint is inflamed. I've had a lot of massages in my life but this one topped them all. "Jimmy" worked every knot out of my back, neck etc. He was very professional. The place is clean and way cheaper than Massage Envy or any place else. It's not like a soft massage where the therapist talks your ears off. He worked hard and silently. I got the 90 min massage combo.... it was out of this world... not relaxing whatsoever though it was what my body needed... my masseuse really gave me the massage my body needed. Not like when you go somewhere and they talk the whole time to you. This guy worked in silence but worked out every kink in my body... If you need a deep hard massage this place is it!!!
