But I find myself at this Ulta location (and others) often. Reason? I have a 14 year old daughter who loves this place, and now a 11 year old who loves coming here too. The store is very clean and organized. The employees are plentiful and willing to help. In fact, sometimes you will get 6 employees asking you if you need help while there. Maybe it's a little too much, but at least they aren't short staffed like a lot of places still. The prices are good, and they are consistently running some sale or promotion. The best thing is their rewards program. They are constantly sending coupons to my email. In the last week alone, between my daughter and I, we had 4 coupons to use. One was $3.50 off $15, another was $5 off $10 and 2 coupons for $5 off $20. We used the first 2 coupon and bought $25 worth of products for only $16 and change. Definitely sign up for the rewards program, it worth it. The best thing about Ulta, is that you can try everything before you buy it. They have samples out and disposable applicators for you to try the products before you purchase it. Another great thing, their return policy. Simply keep your receipt. If you're not pleased with a product, after you get it home, return it for your money back. I love a good guarantee like that. The 2 Ulta stores I have been into both get 4 stars from me. Ive even gotten my oldest daughter's second piercing at an Ulta store. Very clean and hygienic procedure and a great price. As long as my daughters continue with a makeup/skincare routine, I'll continue to shop here with them. My youngest daughter wants her ears pierced now too, so I'll be back for that soon.

I have never shopped in here since it opened. I Googled the name and found this nearby location. My need was to buy a luscious scented soap called "Karma" that I received on my Birthday 9/17/18. The scent contains a sweet orange and patchouli. I loved it as a gift from a family member as a mini sample bar with a hair shampoo and conditioner plus a mini hand cream as well. I've never heard of this scent, yet the thoughtful gift idea was very fresh and most comforting. Yes it lasted 6 months for my nightly use on my face, arms and hands with a fresh scent and a soft, smooth feeling before my bedtime. Walking in this small store is overwhelming with different soap products containing different ingredients to produce a unique scent. Although a customer with a tickle nose may experience a sneeze or more with allergies. I took a few photos of the fruit, herbal and sweet flavored soap scents. Soaps are sold by the # ( Pound ) yes, this is their selling policy. I counted 6 female employees working inside ready to assist customers with the many areas of shopping. There are samples, baskets or create and make one for a special occasion gift or yourself. I found my "Karma" scent which was $ 36.00 # yikes.. therefore I asked an employee to cut and weigh a slab of the soap yet please keep my cost price under $ 10.00. My check out price was $ 6.12. A well stocked store from front to back along with walls and counter areas with many different handmade creations of scented soaps, candles, creams and oils. This "Lush" store maybe comforting to shop at. But since items are sold by the pound, your credit card will add up fast or your wallet of cash will empty fast as well. Then again its for those customers or shoppers that need to see, feel, and smell for that fresh, hush, rush experience. Then afterwards have a "Lush" feeling as well ! ;)

The customer service here is great, especially for a tiny store packed with guests. It is a bit difficult to walk around because there are tight pathways, plus the insane amount of customers coming in and out. This store is always busy, and each product has a list of ingredients under it. They even helped us look for nut free products. Same attitude about the inventory levels being wrong and unable to place an online order for pick up in the store. Workers Melissa & Bebbie gave me non-stop push back and horrible customer service, very unprofessional. I tried to file a formal complaint with both Melissa and Bebbie but they refused to take it. Instead Bebbie misadvised me buy telling me to call 866-593-3478 to make my formal complaint. I did so and was told that is was Sally Beauty Supply Security Interface. They advised that was not the correct number to file a complaint about Cosmo. So Bebbie lied to me. I am offended by their rudeness, neglect and failure to assist me or care about the company. Further to the last post where I detailed how Holly (a registered nurse and the owner) left me with…read moresecond degree burns from the laser treatment, I have now had to be on antibiotics for some of the burn wounds becoming infected, was on prescription pain killers, had to get a tetanus shot, have been both to urgent care and the family doctor multiple times to deal with the second degree burns. And, according to the family doctor will almost certainly have permanent scars from the laser burns Holly inflicted. My lawyers have reached out to Holly to obtain her insurance info, which she is refusing to provide. Further, Holly had promised to refund the $200 gift card I had with her. She has not. And has kept an additional $50 she charged to my credit card that she was never entitled to. (Which I have filed a fraud report with my credit card company over.) Do not get treated at Reawaken Spa. Not only did Holly leave me with documented (by her, me, and multiple sets of doctors) second degree burns, but she is not professional enough to take responsibility for them by letting her insurance company and my lawyers properly settle the matter. Based on this action of her, I fear the only remedy is going to court (vice settling it between the lawyers and her insurance, since she refused that option) and filing a report with her RN licensing board because I genuinely fear what she will do to her patients, especially as a nurse.

However, when the laser came in contact with the marker, it left, what urgent care confirmed, 2nd degree burns all up and down my legs directly over the marker's marks. Urgent Care also had to put me on prescription pain killer as it was painful to sit, sleep, put on or take off pants, shower, etc. I now have medical appointments to deal with the burns well into next week. On top of all this, I drove back to the med spa an hour after the appointment to show Holly the burns (which she photographed for her own records) and she took no accountability in an email she sent hours later despite initially sending in a prescription for antibiotic ointment to my pharmacy.
