I've had the pleasure of receiving two facials at this spa, and both experiences were incredible. The treatments were relaxing, refreshing, and exactly what I needed. Rosaria, in particular, stood out--she was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even when I arrived five minutes late. The spa itself is spotless, and the hospitality is top-notch. It's tough for me to relax because of my chronic anxiety, but Treuvis does a fantastic job of taking me to a peaceful place to relax and mend my mind. I can't recommend it enough! The owner was really respectful and friendly, it was really beautiful but I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I was provided. It took nearly 5 hours to finish my nails, not to mention they cancelled my facial that I scheduled because they "didn't have time". I also waited 30 minutes for my massage I had scheduled but it was apparent that no one was coming so I got up and left. When I was getting my nails done, the lady kept leaving for a smoke because she had personal issues going on at home. Its a place of business, you're still supposed to be professional. She also glued us together while she was applying the nail tip. Its was just ridiculous. I told the manger I wasn't happy but she didn't seem interested. UPDATE My nails starting chipping a few days after I got them done and now I woke up and my nail cracked off threw the middle lol. The lady who did my vampire facial Wasn't certified in giving facials she is certified only to get massages. Because my girl got fired let go whatever the case was Dave put my last session with a girl that was not even certified in the program to do facials. She over dried my face and when I went to go get a facial elsewhere I was told everything that was done to me was wrong and that girl is Certified and probed her license. Welp, now they are a skin care company (like botox and fillers) and they barely do nails anymore UNLESS you text the nail techs directly to make an appt since they are independent contractors. The nail lady I texted took two days to respond to me. I received a gift for a full day spa treatment at Treuvi's, Mani, pedi, facial, massage. I was pleasantly surprised at the decor & cleanliness of the spa. The staff was friendly & accomodating. The first appointment was my massage. It was nice & relaxing, pressure was good & masseuse listened & touched upon sore areas. Next came pedicure. Seating area was nice, private, clean. No massage chairs, which is something I look forward to when getting a pedi. Upgraded to a luxury pedi, which included hot towel wrap. Wouldn't do it again. Not worth the upcharge. UpManicure next. I have natural nails & so the manicure was plain. Didn't soak my hands, which I found weird. But a nice manicure just the same. Racial was last, which was, I thought, weird scheduling. Wet nails under a blanket!! Also, my masseuse is now doing my facial??? I've never had the same person do both. Aren't massage therapists specially trained? Estheticians also receive special training, but not to do both. So, the facial was ok, nothing special. My skin was soft & pores looked smaller. I gave 3 stars because of the weird scheduling & the massage/facial person. But a very clean, nice salon. No pressure to buy anything either, which I thought was nice. I found this place on a whim! I originally had an appt elsewhere near this salon but thankfully, I was a few minutes late and they declined me. (I was pretty upset because I called but I'm SO happy they declined my appt because Treuvís was amazing!!) - so basically I called them at 5:30pm and asked for a shellac manicure, they close at 6 and I was expecting a "sorry but we can't." They did the total opposite! They said of course, come on in! Upon walking in, the salon was so stunning and had that dim light feel which I LOVE! As soon as I sat, the receptionist came up and asked if I'd like champagne, coffee, tea or water. Uh, ok!! No complaints here, I'll have my champagne please LOL Alex did my nails and she did not rush me at all! She completely reshaped my nails for me and did them perfectly. (Definitely see her if you decide to give this place a go!) When I was finished and going to pay, I found a 10% off for Yelp users which is always nice! For a shellac manicure, it's about $37. Maaaaan. I really wanted to love this place. The salon itself is gorgeous. I got my eyelashes done last Saturday. This appointment was for a fill. My previous experience (at a salon out of state) was literally painless - no tears, no pain, no discomfort, I even fell asleep at one point. Not so at Treuvís. The process was not fun - the eyelash separators obviously did not work as my eyes were actually glued shut in some places when the service was finished. I am now missing a large section of my lower lashes on my left eye because of that. I will not be returning, needless to say. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went to this place with long stiletto nails which took me forever to get to that length. I had broken one of my nails so they were going to make a nail to match the rest of mine. I was there with my mom and talking with her as the lady was removing my shellac so I wasn't paying attention to what she was doing at the time (my own fault). As I looked down I saw she had filed my nails down to nubs. The owner walked by and was like guess you don't need s fake nail now as they match the rest. The lady kept filing them and painting them over again blaming the way it was turning out on my nail bed. I spent 2 hours and $37 dollars for this. I didn't get a hand massage, hot towel anything. My mom got her nails polished which the ticket said $15 and we ended up paying $27. When we confronted her about the charge she said they are not like the rest of the nail salons and use special products. It's nail polish and a file, there was nothing extra used. They also charge a $2 fee to use your credit card and you can't tip on the card. I was so upset when I left I was crying to the owner. She decided to tell me she could put fake nails on my nails but my nubs looked nice. not only were they nubs but they were crooked as all hell. I posted pics. some of them are square, some oval, some I don't even know what shape it's supposed to be. It's like cutting off my long hair and saying well we Can put extensions in your hair. I will never go back there again. It's unprofessional, over priced and they don't ask how you want your nails as far as length or shape. Trust me I was like every one else and went on the fact they had five stars. I never base anything on one bad review because I think that person was just uptight or too picky. I'm the most easy going person and have never complained once in my life. It's not how I am. In fact I've never written a bad review in my life. The only reason why I think this place deserves a 1/5 stars is because of the owner remaining professional and taking care of me. MY NAILS BROKE TWICE ON 2 BRAND NEW SETS. First time, my set was done by Brandy. Second time was done by Rayme. In order for you to have nails last you more than 2-3 days you need to make it VERY VERY VERY clear that you want thick(er) nails. I shouldn't have had to come in 3 times in 1 week for a decent set of nails. I thank the owner for letting me get shellac instead of regular polish, but the shellac was not even fully dried even after 3-4 hours after leaving the shop (See photo with purple nails) I'm going to attach my 3 sets for you all to see. Also, if you don't make it clear that you want thick(er) nails the tech's will try to save their a** and lie saying that you specifically said you want thin nails. I also didn't appreciate the general manager giving my sister (who's also a nail tech much, more experienced) attitude. It was not appropriate and very unprofessional of her to raise her voice instead of resolving the situation and talking behind our backs with the tech (Rayme) who was doing my nails for the 3rd time. If you want good nails don't even bother yourself coming here. If you want nails to break off, then be my guest and walk through the doors of Treuvis. I absolutely LOVE this place. I have been coming here for 2 years now and have had a wonderful experience. I see Tabby for my gel shellac manicure and my pedicure. I have NEVER had a nail technician who is as good as Tabby. I highly recommend her and I am VERY picky. Now to get on to the salon. I can't say enough good things about this place, it is very clean. I never feel the need to be concerned about any health standard here. The owner Rose is very kind and only wants to make her customers happy. I love Michelle and the front desk personnel, they are very accommodating and also want to keep their customers happy. This place exceeds my expectations of what a spa/salon should be. I was in there earlier for an oxygen facial and it was amazing. The decor and environment is so comfortable and clean. The ladies are super nice and they will consult with you first before giving you a facial. The facial not only felt amazing, but left my face looking amazing as well, afterwards. I will definitely be back but I will get another facial next time that targets my fine wrinkle lines and mild acne. That was the only regret: I wish I would have got a chemical peel facial. She just did a basic shellac look with some bling in my ring finger as I don't do too much extravagant nails. She did such a good job and was super sweet. I really wanted to love this place. I was looking for a place to get more than just a standard pedicure and when I discovered Treuvis via Yelp I was hoping I had found it. When I walked in I was blown away by the decor...it is absolutely gorgeous. They definitely get an A+ for environment. Unfortunately, they quality of services does not match the beautiful decor or the price I paid. The pedicure, while nice, was nothing to write home about it and the polish job was not good at all. When it came time for my "manicure" it really went down hill. The nail tech did not bother to soak the Shellac off my nails while I was getting my pedicure. Which then resulted in her trying desperately to get it off and eventually she did, with a nail drill that she must have told me 5 times should "never" be used on a natural nail. After being at the salon for what was closing in on 3 hours I finally had to ask her to skip the manicure and just paint my nails because I had to leave. When I got to the counter I was charged almost $100...my jaw almost hit the ground. I did get a Luxury pedicure ($47) but only a polish change on my nails. However, not one to cause issue, I paid and left. Quite honestly, I probably would have chalked it up to an expensive lesson learned and moved on but unfortunately only 8 days later my nails look horrible!! The Shellac is pealing and cracking, and my nails are chipping which they never do. By far this was the worst quality of service I have received in salon that is clearly trying to be upscale. Needless to say I will be going someplace else today to get another pedicure and actually receive a manicure this time. The only reason I am giving Treuvis 2 stars is because you cannot deny the beauty of the decor and relaxing environment they have created. However, the quality of service does not match the decor or the price. Who knows maybe my nail tech just had an off day...unfortunately, I'll never go back to find out. Update Review: While I appreciate the response. I would like to reply and say I'm not sure how you computer showed me checking out at 3:30 when I was constantly looking at my phone for the time. I cannot recommend this business based upon the experience my daughters & I received. We went in for manicures and pedicures the day before my daughters wedding. My older daughter was burned with the foot callus removal solution. I'm not sure whether the nail polish was defective or just what was the problem. But the polish was not even and smooth on my fingers. And my left big toe has a dent in the polish as it was done over & not allowed to cure properly. The gel/shellac used on my fingers started peeling off a few days after the appointment. And the most ridiculous part is that we were charged a fee for paying by credit card. No checks were accepted & who carries that much cash. Not me nor my daughters. Credit card fees are a normal part of an expense in running a business. Argh! read more

I really wanted to give 5 stars because this was one of the nicest nail salons I've ever been to, I absolutely love the decor. The pedicure stations are incredible but the pricing in relation to the service I received is pretty disappointing. I got the $47 pedicure, everything was nice and clean, my girl was nice BUT she said while pumicing or filing I don't think I'm gonna get all this. My feet were probably the worst they've ever been but I know they weren't even close to what they've probably seen in their lives. I'd say only 5 mins or less was spent on actually using the pumice stone or whatever tool was used. Im sorry I've been to cheap $20 salons as well as high end salons this was NOT something that should've been said, so take the time and get it done. I of course didn't say anything thinking ok whatever, but after I got home my feet weren't smooth you wouldn't know I got a pedicure besides the new polish. Not happy with that, I feel for almost $60 my feet should be baby smooth and I should be ecstatic not unhappy. Again the decor is top notch I will give them another chance but if I hear that again I will say something no questions asked. read more
