Great place for eyebrows threading. They do provide other services as well. Two great ladies, Devi & and Sita, will welcome you with great smile and open arms. Place is very clean. I got an eyebrows cleaning and was done professionally. I highly recommend this place.

Check out my right eyebrow (from your view the left). She took out a huge chunk from the bottom and made it one straight line. Horrible.

Horrible...! I have been here many times. I haven't been that satisfied with their services but this time they completely took off most of my eyebrows. She said she was only going to take off two hairs from bottom of right eyebrow to even out with left eyebrow. Well she took off a whole chunk of my eyebrows. She had to have another threading lady come to help and fix but the end result is that both of my eyebrows are now SUPER thin. They completely ruined my eyebrow shape and fullness. They also still charged me for ruining my eyebrows. I would not recommend this place and will definitely not be returning.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I have never written a bad review but this needs to be said.....went in for a walk in & she took me in. Takes her 2 minutes to thread my eyebrows & i am in so much pain the entire time. I hold my breath but once i get in the car i am bleeding above my left eyebrow & completely swollen above my right eyebrow. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 9 years & have never had this happen. It's the next day & i have pimples all over my eyebrows. I took a video of it AN HOUR after. read more

This is my daughter and I go to place! Precise, NOT painful and they always do an amazing job. I always walk out of here feeling like I lost 10 lbs of Mrs. Grizzly Adam's hair from my blonde mustache and unibrow! My sensitive skin never gets inflamed either! I've been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded for nearly 10 years now and each time has been great! All the workers here are exceptional, but Sita especially is awesome and who I usually ask for specifically. Sita knows me and my family, she's pretty much seen me grow up from high school to now and she always asks how my family is doing. read more

Honestly they did an ok job on my eyebrows. made them look a lot thinner than they should have been when I asked for just a clean up.. but besides all of that the threading HURT SO BAD. I'm not sure if it's the type of thread they use or what.. the normal place I go to in West Covina you can't feel a thing. I came here because it was convenient while I was shopping but not worth the pain. also eyebrows are $10 which is more expensive then other eyebrows places I've gone. this place is clean and they were nice people but was very painful. read more

Needed to find a new threading salon near me and came across this place. I liked it the first few times especially with Sita. She does the best and is a lot more gentle than the other ladies. I would text her to set up an appointment but when I arrived she never kept my time. Another time I text her and she never replied so I showed up and as I entered I saw her on her cell phone so I was like oh okay then just ignoring. Whatever so now I go to whoever is available at this point. The last two times I have gone to the new lady and she never washes her hands or uses hand sanitizer after threading a customer. This has grossed me out and now I will need to find a new threading salon. Also when I checked in on the ipad it said I earned a coupon but when I went to checkout after my service she didn't honor it. I won't go back anymore unless I really need to. read more

I did not get my eye brows done here but these lady's helped me out! My car had over heated and my phone had died I walked in and asked if they could charge it. They charged it and made sure made sure my phone was charged before I left. I appreciate it so much thank you so much! read more

AVOID horrible customer service skills ! I arrived today and had my usual done eyebrows , upper lip and chin. Well I go walk over to pay my bill and I get this confusing story about how last time the eyebrow lady charged me only for my eyebrows and showed my last receipt. She apparently messed up undercharged me and had to foot the bill and had the nerve to say I had to add it to my bill! Im not a confrontational person but they deserver this bad review ! read more

She was very welcoming and sweet. I felt comfortable and had a good conversation with her. She offered me a Perrier and also handed me stress balls. I asked if I needed to get my legs and arms done and said I didn't need to yet. The previous person I would go to would always say yes, but Beata didn't try to upsell or make me get extra services I did not need to. Thank you for being honest! Once she was done she handed me an exfoliation glove and also texted me which product to buy. I asked about my next appointment and she said I could just text her and we could book it. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Aum Threading always been my go to place for threading at an affordable price. I used to go to West Covina when I went to school around there, and now I work close to San Dimas. I have found the quality to be just great. I've had my eyebrows done there and have always had good results. I am surprised to see some bad reviews. This place is busy and same girls are working ever since I started going. Seriously the best customer service I've gotten so far getting my eyebrows. I highly recommend to try this place. Overall, a great place for threading. I can't attest to their other services--facial, makeup, etc.--but I definitely recommend the hair removal services here. If you like having eyebrows like if someone drew them on with a sharpie than this place is perfect for you! I specifically asked her not to make my eyebrows thin... I have beautiful thicker eyebrows and just wanted a clean up. Omgosh Omgosh Omgosh!!! She left nothing almost bald!!!!!! I almost cried!!!! Why!!! Why!!!! Why!!!! She has beautiful thicker brows, so why practically make mine bald!!! NO apology!!! She kept saying No no they're so thick!! NEVER EVER again!!! I've only came here one time and am sad to say it would be my last. I went based on a referral from a friend. And needless to say I had to continuously tell the woman that was doing my eyebrows where I'd like her to thread. I asked for her to clean up the shape I already had. Instead she re shaped and removed the arch I had. When it was all finished I had thinner shorter eyebrows and were a completely different shape than I wanted. It always happened when you run behind either deal or the closest location. I needed my Kardashian like eyebrows "cleaned up" and I came out with thin chola eyebrows! There was nothing for me to say after he showed me how the first one came out. It's going to take me months to get my eyebrows back to normal.
