My first time here. Only my third time ever getting my eyebrows threaded. It hurts a bit but it's over quickly and the results are lovely! Thanks to Sapna who helped me today. She welcomed me, asked what I wanted, and completed it efficiently and thoroughly! The witch hazel feels really good afterwards to alleviate the sting. It's $13 for threading which is more than the other place I tried in Chino Hills, but conveniently close to work and open 7 days a week! Highly recommend. read more

I've been coming here for about a year and a half. Overall, they do an okay job but I only get cleanups never shaping. It's convenient, the service is usually good, and even though I've had a couple small issues regarding the lack of similarities between my brows it's never been as major as this last time ....... This last visit was different. The person who did my brows over-thinned the tail of my left eyebrow. I went back in and asked if someone else could help fix it since I wasn't comfortable having the same person work on them again. She was really nice about it and did offer to fix them herself, but I wasn't comfortable with that. She also mentioned no one else was available, so I ended up leaving. I'm honestly pretty bummed because I have a big event this week and now my brows look off. I hope they take a little more time and care with other clients, but unfortunately I won't be coming back. read more

I went to get my eyebrows done, i usually always go to slick eyebrows in Claremont. The person here does not understand what a clean up request is, she took off so much eyebrow. If you like your eyebrows thicker, this is not the place for you. You have to be really really clear with her if you want your eyebrows to stay on the thicker side or just don't go here and just go to slick eyebrow in Claremont. Very upsetting. read more

Pretty solid threading place. The employees are very kind. I was originally going to rate lower as there was a miscommunication regarding services provided, so I didn't get exactly was I was hoping for (split eyebrow), but she did such a fantastic job with the shaping that I couldn't rate lower than 4. She put in an application to move across the street to save some money however there's no openings as of yet. Just randomly came to this place because I was in the area. I didn't ask the ladies name but she was the only one there. I've been to many eyebrow threading places but she definitely exceeded my expectations! She shaped my eyebrows so good I couldnt believe it! They recently came under new management and the lady who provides the threading service is really nice and professional.
