We just recommend XOXO Florals at the HIGHEST level!!!! We just used XOXO Florals for our daughter's wedding in early September. What a WONDERFUL experience we had with them!! Truly perhaps the BEST and EASIEST vendor we had ever worked with! To us, the floral aspects of the wedding were one of THE most important. We felt that Florals would be THE key to the "look of the wedding" that our daughter wanted! And this really proved to be true! Jamie at XOXO Florals listened to all of our daughter's ideas and then, with our daughter, create a Look for her wedding flowers that brought the whole event into a dream-like place! This Floral Designer sparked ideas and examples that kept elevating the arrangements...and bringing fun ooohs and aaahs :-) to the creative times together! Definitely maybe THE most fun :-) that my daughter had during the planning stages! Even still we smile as we think about those unexpectedly great meetings over flower ideas!! We were fearful of what the expense would be for all our floral needs, but were astonished to find out that XOXO Florals has an unusual commitment to assisting their client's budgets!! We couldn't have been more excited as we began to look at the details of design and pricing!!! Truly, our interactions with XOXO Florals brought life and excitement to the entire wedding for my daughter. And even for my husband and I, who were dealing with underlying wedding intricacies of "budget, vendors, and some logistics", every interaction with XOXO Florals ended up INCREASING our peace and joyfulness! So amazing and unexpected!! When XOXO delivered the actual floral bouquets and arrangements, and other floral needs, every single element took our breath away!!! I highly recommend this business. My son lives out of the country and ordered flowers for me through just flowers inc who in turn hired xoxo florals to make and deliver the flowers. My son paid a lot of money for this arrangement and what we received was definitely not a reflection of what we paid. We contacted just flowers inc who did nothing to resolve the issue. We contacted xoxo flowers and they were so apologetic and caring. The owner told me that she was instructed to make an arrangement for about 1/2 of what my son paid. She was sent a photo to go by. When I told the owner what we paid she felt horrible. Right away she sent out new flowers reflecting the cost that we paid. The owner went above and beyond what was expected of her. AMAZING!!!!! The florist was beyond nice! We asked for the impossible a corsage that we could pick up later that afternoon. She said no problem without a second thought. The flowers where perfect. I told her the color of the dress and she worked her magic and made something fun and beautiful!!! She made my daughters night even more magical!
