So this is very interesting. If you go to their facebook page they have 1 star and awful reviews. So bad that XPO disabled the option to review. My family is having the same issue everyone on facebook had. My fridge is currently sitting on the dock in Arlington. I ordered the fridge June 2nd, it was scheduled to be delivered June 26th. XPO rescheduled for July 9th, I just got another notification saying they moved it back again to July 12th. Appearantly they can keep this up for months. We asked to pick it up ourselves and they said, "no". We need permission to release it, but they wont call for permission, and we cant get through to Samsung to release it. We had been living out of a cooler since June 27th, July 2nd we rented a fridge for $128. You can bet your butt that we will be expecting XPO to cover the cost of our rental because of their extremely poor scheduling management. Everyone on facebook also said they damaged their home and/or product upon delivery as well. So, excited for that as well!! Samsung needs to find a new delivery service. Because of this shenanigans, we will never be buying another Samaung product ever again. read more

After setting up a new oven, they turned it on bake to let it burn out. Come to find out later they didnt take off all the zip ties from inside and it all melted and stuck to the bottom. Didn't pay few grand to have a messed up oven. The plastic is impossible to scrape off without scratching the hell out of it. read more

i ordered a MYXfitness bike. The company stated that the bike would be brought to my unassembled and they would assemble the bike in my home which did not happen. I've expressed that Id like a bike assembled in my home due to sounds I hear coming from it. Now the company wants to hear the sounds and completely dismissed that the bike already came assembled. The guys that delivered the bike we re quick, plugged it and told me to keep the box in case of a return and left. read more

They delivered new panels for my Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. As is typical with delivery services, they did give a rather large window for the delivery time (stated between 9am and 1pm on date of delivery), but they also notified me by text at each step of the way from the time the parts arrived to their distribution center, to the time the delivery truck picked them up to the time they left the distribution right distribution center and finally notifying me that my delivery would be next and I could expect them in about 30 minutes. Then they showed up approximately 45 minutes later with my product. So very timely, and good communication. I would highly recommend this company! read more

The people who do the scheduling for this company could not decide what day my mattresses were going to be delivered and when they did decide, they forgot to tell me about it. The men who did the delivery were great. they got the mattresses in the house and set up on the frames and removed all the packing materials from my house. read more

XPO delivered a desk I ordered from National Business Furniture. My understanding was that the desk would be dropped off in front of my house so I had arranged for someone to come by and help me get it into my home. The driver offered to bring the desk in. At no time did he say this would be an extra charge. If he had I would have declined. A couple of months later I receive a bill for $30 for the driver bringing the desk into my home. I call the # and explained that I was not told there would be charge. I took notes re: who I spoke to. Thinking the situation was resolved after not hearing any more about this for a few months I toss my notes. Three more months go by and I get another bill. I go through the same scenario again and this time hold on to my notes for three months and once again think the problem is resolved and toss the notes. Now 10 months after my purchase they send a notice saying I'm in default and this will be sent to a collection agency. I call again and now I need to speak to my area rep in CA John Hubbard. So I leave multiple messages for him and he never calls me back so I call the main # that John has on his voice mail and they bounce me around to 3 different people and in the end say "oh sorry you need to talk to Tanya Webb @ Echo Global (who is the third party co. for National Business Furniture who handles shipping)". I called Tanya and left several messages and she never returned my calls. In the end I paid the $30 as I just didn't feel like dealing with these idiot people anymore and it wasn't about the money it was the principal. I will never buy anything from anyone that uses XPO for their shipping! read more

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Had to deal with them 3 times since the seller chose them. I sincerely hope Amazon and Samsung read this review. They kept telling lies about "customer not home". Customer IS home all day waiting for the delivery, opened up all the blinds to be able to see outside and not miss them, they just never showed up, then created another ticket for rescheduling... When I called them and asked about what's going on, they told me it's sending back to Amazon, which is another lie. I contacted with Amazon and made sure they still have the merchandise and called them again, guess what? Yea magically they do have it, and they need to reschedule the delivery date, then the delivery date got pushed back back and back, finally received it in a dirty damaged box. For Samsung, they showed up two times forgetting the tools they needed, and told you to wait for them to go back and grab it, and never show up!!! Then you got emails about rescheduling again, again and again.... Glad Costco is not using them for my sofa delivery currently, otherwise I'd be pissed off one more time. read more

Absolutely atrocious customer service, ordered both an LG washer and dryer. Supposed to be delivered Monday (11/28) but the truck broke down... okay understandable, called their customer service and they said they had to wait till the units got back to their Hub in Arlington before they could make a new delivery appointment. Wednesday (11/30) call their customer service back and they told me the units still had not gotten back to their Hub, after two days where exactly is it? At this point patience is starting to wear thin, their lack of priority considering it was their issue, is obnoxious. Finally the following day (12/01) I am able to put a new delivery appointment and naturally it's not until Monday (12/05). At this point, I have no patience, they have no care for customer service, but I digress. Today, Monday (12/05), wait around all day expecting my units to be delivered, call and confirm in the morning that the units will be delivered and the service rep said yes. Wait and wait and wait, check the status around 2:00 and now it's moved to tomorrow... like people can just take all the time off work to wait around for a delivery that may and probably won't arrive... call their customer service and was told that there was no driver assigned to my delivery... idk what kind of trash company this is, but it has been the worst experience, call again and they tell me that management will be calling me back before the day ends... here we are 8:00 at night I call the same person back that told me if they don't call me to call her back and naturally she's not there... I'm done with this nonsense, I will never purchase another product again that uses this company for shipping, and honestly the fact that LG doesn't care either I will be returning these and not buying from them again either. The drivers were polite and professional, however dispatch and company itself was not. They called me to schedule a delivery time and said some would call when they're in route to my home. After waiting well pass the delivery time. I called back and they guy assured me someone would be coming and my home would be the next stop, no one ever came or called. I called back, they were closed for the day. I call the next morning, they couldn't explain why I didn't receive my delivery nor tell me when my order would be delivered. They advised me to call back at 3, so I did. I called back at 3, same story, no delivery time etc. I tell them , it's 3 o'clock now, the girl I was speaking goes, "oh SH!t. Guys it's 3:00." This company has given me a run around and lied to me about installing my new Samsung oven. The delivered on July 7 and the guys told me they had no electrical cord to install it. They took my old oven. They said they had no electrical cords for 3 weeks as they are on backorder. I called later that day to XPO to get someone to come and install it and Candy was nice enough to schedule for July 9. She said they did indeed have plugs for the oven and the deliver guys just decided not to install it or forgot the cord. July 8 at 5pm I got confirmation of the July 9 install date. July 9 came and at 4 pm I called XPO and they said it would now be on the 21st to install. That is 2 weeks with no working oven. I got online with Samsung and no one would help me their either. I bought this oven directly with Samsung online. I am so angry at this point. I will never again order direct from Samsung online. This is an very poorly run delivery and install company. It is unfortunate that Samsung has chosen this company. read more

Unfortunately, the best rating I can give is 2 stars. About the only thing they did was show up & deliver the stationary bike. There were 2 guys. We were standing in the garage waiting when they showed up. Parked in front of our neighbor's driveway, didn't even ask if that was okay. The one guy walked up to me, asked me where I wanted the bike. Did not say hello or introduce himself to me. The other guy was at the truck and took the ramp/loader up so he could unload the bike. As he brought the bike to the loading platform, he slammed the bike down onto the platform. He then wheeled the bike in to the garage with no care whatsoever and put it down. He then took the weights out of the boxes and set them down. The other guy attached the monitor to the bike. They asked where it would be plugged in, and I showed them and tried to get the cord closer to the bike. He basically grabbed it to do it himself. During this whole time they spoke to us only when they had to. They were in a hurry and did not want to take the time for us or our questions. They turned the monitor on, said it would have tutorials, and left. They drove down the RESIDENTIAL street, turned around, and sped out of our neighborhood. Not customer friendly at all. Only spoke among themselves, unless they had to talk to us. Would not recommend or use this company again. read more
