I had several calls today about the delivery issue. Their regional manager contacted me also to apologize and offer a remedy. They had already scheduled delivery for tomorrow but he asked what he could to help. I asked him to have my stuff delivered today. He made it happen and my appliances are now here and installed. The delivery crew was extremely professional and took their time to install everything correctly and neatly. Had my experience been like this from the beginning I would have gladly gave a 5 star rating. They did ensure I was taken care of today so I very much appreciate that. read more

Unfortunately have been having to deal with XPO over the last 3 months due to an order with Peloton. When my original Treadmill was delivered they did not bother to plug it in to assure it worked. It was in fact defective. Fast forward to 3 months later and the redelivery is set for March 18th. Received the email the 17th saying our deliver time was 9-12. Great. 2pm the next day rolls around and no call. So I call Peloton and they were informed the delivery team was at my house at 7am and no one answered. Mine you there were 4 people home, 2 cars in the driveway and no call was received. Finally speak with XPO and the item was not delivered because the drive had no experience in assembling the item purchased. Please tell me how a business runs when they can't make appropriate plans for something that has been set to deliver for THREE MONTHS. This business is so poorly run it's unbelievable. It's a shame I still have not been able to use the high dollar machine 3 months in. I have spoken with one person who was professional, named Jarrad I believe. Still has not given me a resolution but we will see. Maybe the BBB will be a faster way to get a resolution because so far I've struck out. read more

Two wonderful gentlemen delivered my appliances earlier this morning. Having experiences with other companies, I expected the usual. Instead, the two men formally introduced themselves (Chipor and Anthony) to me, why they were here and what I could do to facilitate the process. Not only were they very quick, they cleaned up after themselves, made sure everything was working properly, and even set up my appliances so it would be easier for me. I really appreciated the time they took to ensure I was very happy with the results. While they were friendly, they were also extremely professional and well knowledged in their tasks. For a process I thought would take much longer, they were very efficient and wonderful. XPO Logistics hired some amazing people. read more

We were thrilled! We were notified of every step and we had multiple opportunities to make any necessary changes. I have been forced to use RXO for delivery of large Samsung products and RXO always makes sure to ruin my day. They never properly communicate and when you try and contact them, they shuffle you around to anyone OTHER than themselves to solve your problem. I was told I had a delivery for TUESDAY on MONDAY. I work full time, and I don't get the luxury of calling in or working from home. When I contacted them about moving the date they said "why can't you accept delivery Tuesday?". I don't appreciate the question considering they didn't give me the opportunity to confirm the original appointment. There were multiple phone calls after that to try and figure out how to make a Tuesday delivery work - they said they could do it until this morning when it said the delivery is now Friday. These people do not care about customer service - and it makes the brands that use their services look badd when people are originally really excited about their delivery. I hate that we do not have control over who delivers our goods. read more

We had a delivery attempt on 8/30/22, XPO somehow got an old phone number and wasn't able to get in contact with us. Since then I have been trying every single day to get in contact with XPO to set up a redelivery but to no avail. All I get are people that are in call centers which sounds like they are out of the United States and all they do is look things up in the system and tell me the pool table has not come back to the warehouse yet. It is only 100 miles from my house to the warehouse and if the delivery attempt was on August 30th it does not take a week to get back to 100 miles to a warehouse. I called again today ask to speak to a manager they put me on hold and hung up on me. All I want is someone to call me so we can get this taken care of that I can get my pool table I want my pool table that I paid for. This company delivers furniture for living spaces. There is no one to call and connect with, the hub phones just ring. When you finally get your delivery there is an item missing and they refuse to help so I can get a credit from the furniture store. $500 I am missing due to their inability to assist customers. read more

I ordered an adjustable bed from Sam's Club with white glove delivery. I did that because it was just too heavy and complex to deal with. To my great pleasure, the delivery guys called in advance of their arrival and were there when they said they would be. They moved the old bed into the garage, set up the new bed, tested the controls, picked up all of the packaging and were on their way. I don't know how you would choose to use this company since they were hired by Sam's - Serta, but if you are thinking about the white glove service that comes with a Sam's - Serta purchase, my experience in DFW was excellent. read more

Why would you send "drop-off guys" on an install job?!!!!
