They repeatedly showed up at our property at all hours of the day (830-9pm--unacceptable!) and engaged in behavior that was more like stalking and harassment than professional process serving. I have video evidence of the repeated visits, aggressive knocking, wild rhetoric, and attempts to peer into my home. If this is how this company conducts business, people should be aware before hiring them. Should this happen again, we will contact law enforcement and provide the footage for harassment concerns. More: There were never once that our delivery was timely or received all the goods， 1. First time meeting Tavein here, he was rude, creepy, and lazy all at the same time. I told him to park his car next to my apartment, and he literally asked me, 'What did you say?' He refused to carry my package upstairs and missed two boxes because, frankly, his brain seems smooth Since HE ASKED ME TO SCAN BOXES WHICH HE SUPPOSE TO DO. 2. His manager appears to have the same smooth brain and lied to cover for him. Like WE CANNOT TELL. This time, the manager claimed the car wasn't around and was still at the station. When I questioned them, asking how the map showed the car was nearby, Paul couldn't answer and suddenly started stuttering, which was laughable. 3. Then this guy was just totally refuse to deliver so they change to another DEI hire which was whining and moaning every time he carries a package upstairs as a 6 feet tall man, so embarrassing, and then act like he did such a huge job lmfao which is actually what he applied and get paid for. And got paid by US -- your customers. 4. For me, this reflects poor work ethic and a lack of education among Black people and the majority of the U.S. blue-collar workforce. You are lazy, you are poor, and you complain about your work. Your life is sad, and you are the only one responsible for it. 5. Every fucking time they deliver, we have to file a missing package claim, they could also be bunch of thieves, you never know.
