My very expense package came up missing. The person who has been answering the phone has been completely rude to me. No help at all, tells me USPS does not handle packages well and that it isn't his problem. My package was dropped off a week ago for USPS to pick up, i received a reciept and copy of tracking. NO MOVEMENT. USPS has no record of picking up the package, they have launched an investigation and now police are involved. I hope Parcel Express has cameras showing the package being picked up by USPS. read more

A small, mom and pop, shipping store that offers P.O. boxes, package shipping, copy, faxing and notary services. Another shipping store I went to informed me that their Notary was out for the next 2 weeks. I called Parcel Express and they have a notary that is also a regular staff member. So keep that in mind if you need to find a notary quick. They also sell a limited amount of creating cards, shipping supplies, and homemade jewelry. Very pleasant experience. read more

Place is convenient! Went by to make copies and drop off mail. Young girl behind counter was friendly and attentive, didn't catch her name. I drop off packages regularly and most of them have already been paid for online, but these people do not make you feel unwelcome or unappreciated just because they did not sell you the postage. Always friendly and even hold the door for me. read more
