Peloton bike was rolled across a concrete driveway on the installed plastic wheels intended for movement on wood, tile, or carpeted floors. Wheels were significantly damaged. Ironically, the wheels come with a thin plastic peel-off film on them to ensure they are in perfect condition from the factory. UPDATE: While I stand by my offshore customer service review I do have to say that the stateside folks have been awesome! I received a phone call from not only customer accounts but also from my local facility manager. Both called again this morning to let me know that my generator was on the truck for delivery today. I have now changed my rating from a 1 star to a 5. Customer service absolutely useless if you can get them to answer. Called three times and it took approx 40 mins each time to get someone. Window #2 - promising call an hour before delivery confirming delivery, but it never happened. Driver claimed flooded roads, which is simply not believable. Still no delivery, and pretty confident I have been lied to. Call center is absolutely unhelpful. Just a terrible experience. Call center won't let you talk to anyone local. No credible explanations. I ordered a TV directly from LG on 10/05/2024. While I missed the initial delivery attempt (my fault), I expected some communication to reschedule. However, it's now 10/28/2024, and I still haven't received any updates on my order. Each time I contact RXO's support, I'm met with a frustrating loop of vague responses and no real help. The only information I get is, "We'll put this in our notes and send an email. Keep your eyes open for an update." This is beyond frustrating. RXO's customer support has been unhelpful, unable even to tell me where my TV is. At this point, I've had to reach out to LG directly in hopes they can provide some clarity since RXO has been no help. This level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend relying on RXO if you expect clear communication and timely support. I scheduled an item for delivery on a date when I knew someone would be home to sign for it. RXO decided to ignore that date and deliver on a different date when no one was home. After speaking with customer service and being assured it was scheduled for the date I picked, I watched the delivery team show up on my Ring camera on a different date. Customer service then assured me they would redeliver on the correct date. It in fact was not redelivered and I was told I'd need to reschedule it's delivery. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. We work and we have now had to take off multiple days to make sure someone is home to sign for this item. Do better! If a customer schedules a delivery ABIDE BY THAT DATE. read more

The Washer was delivered as promised and even notified me they were running a little late. They pulled up with a massive truck and were super careful picking up the old washer, removing it and being careful around walls using a blanket to help pivot it around tight corners. They unloaded the new washer off the truck and inspected it for damage, plus installed the pedestal before bring it into the house. The washer was brought into the house, leveled out, all connections were checked and the unit was checked before leaving. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement, is to have a check list the customer signs to verify everything was done and no damage was noted to property or equipment. read more

Samsung and RXO I would give them 0 star if it had option. One star is too much for this company. I ordered Samsung TV direct from the company. Paid for delivery and installation. This was in October 2024. They gave me installation date of day before Thanksgiving. Window was for 4 hours waited noting not even a call just no show no contact. 8.30 in night so left it to call in the morning. Called at 8 a.m. they RXO 800 number said we called and the person said TV was not ordered. I cannot belive they told me this. No phone to me. They said product returned to Samsung. Called Samsung they reordered this and now RXO gave me date of Decmeber 24. The guys comes and left TV without Installtion. When asked they said someone else will come to Install. No show again. Got text now installtion on 27th Dec. 2024 between 4 and 8 p.m. Called RXO at 3.30p.m. to make sure they are coming today. I was told all looks good and was told going to call driver to give you estimated time. No call as usual. At 6.pm tried to track my order on ROX website had a red line Exception cannot perform stop - Order cacelled while oen route: undefined. This is 3rd time. Every time 4 hours wait. I do not even know why Samsung got this company to do this job. First time had expeirence so bad that this company still is in business. I hope someone at Samsung read this and stop this nonsence. read more

I was very happy with my appliance delivery and installation once I finally received them. I do not appreciate the fact that my appliances were delivered to RXO on 31 July and they originally scheduled them for 29 August, a whole month later. My complaining to them about the delivery date went ignored with vague promises about getting back to me. When I finally got the company I ordered from involved did RXO "graciously" moved my delivery date up to the 14th. This company does not seem to care about customer service, I contacted them by phone more than once and got told the warehouse manager would contact me, he never did and it wasn't until I e-mailed a request for action was ant reply received. Such a frustrating process. After weeks and several delivery dates, we still don't have our refrigerator and it shows it is at the warehouse. We have offered to drive there and get it ourselves and crickets....until they email us AGAIN (at 6:00pm and they close at 5:00pm) to let us know that our delivery will not happen (again). Multiple days of plans made to be home to receive our appliance, only to receive a message the night before delaying the delivery. When we call, we get off site operators who give us the same script about how they will put a request in for delivery. Isn't that the sole purpose of this business? These are the worst people EVER! They received my Amazon ordered item on January 13, 2023 and as of January 24, 2023, they still haven't delivered my item and continue to reschedule delivery. At this time, I do not even have a delivery date! Amazon has reached out to them as have I and cannot get someone at the local facility and the CSRs are of no help. If Amazon chooses them as a carrier in the future, I will promptly cancel my order. I would not recommend ANYONE use this company as, at this point, they have stolen my item and I feel my next step us to I valve the local sheriff's department and press charges!
