I took my (late) Christmas letter in to Xpress Copy in Culpeper with hardcopy photos at 9:20 a.m. today, spoke with Katelyn describing what I would like done, and at 10:15 a.m. was able to pick up my order. Granted, the order wasn't large but Katelyn was efficient in providing me with the desired product with such a sweet demeanor and knowledge. I'm a once-a-year customer but if I had additional printing needs, I would definitely return to Xpress Copy. read more

The prices are fair. The response time is poor. You'll have to keep pushing the staff to get your product finished in a timely manner. The Quality Control process needs work. My fault for not checking the quality before I left the store but I trusted that they had. It ended up they did another run (expedited) but it put me behind another week. You will be in an endless loop of non-answers...... This business survives because it's the only store in town. It is the most frustrating, futile and apathetic type of creative endeavor you will ever be on. I suggest you go elsewhere. The frustration simply is not worth it. This place is a gem, if you are a business owner and need marketing material to expand/grow your business this place is it. I managed a company before and ran to this place for the design of our trucks and business cards and they came out great, then I started my own business and had trouble coming up with a logo, they're not miracle workers you have to have a general idea of what you want and I'm extremely picky, I knew I had resent my own and their designs back a few times and they stuck by me until we got it right, very hard to find a place That will take time to help a customer, I'm really impressed with this business and hope more businesses will take a note from their professional attention and attitude. Xpress has a great team that does terrific work! I will definitely be returning for all of my copy needs.

They've got some cool old typewriters and a printing press that you can check out while they're making copies for you. I only needed copies so my work took 2 minutes but they were friendly and helpful and the prices were right. read more
