UPS said it should be there by the end of day Tuesday. It's now Thursday and the letter is still in transit. I went back to the UPS store to try and get a partial refund, but they said I would have to go thru USPS. I went to the USPS branch and they said that UPS should not be selling the 1-day USPS Priority Express option, USPS could not do anything because I did not pay them. Went back to the UPS store for a second time and was told sorry can't do anything again. Called UPS corporate and was told sorry can't do anything, it's a franchise issue. Complete runaround scam.

Although insurance is provided for a small fee (and I give it to the lady that wrapped my goods well to give me "hope" for a safer delivery), they could not guarantee it would get to my destination safely. They told me that I would need to call a different office if there were any issues with my delivery. I asked the lady if she had any tape indicating that the goods were "Fragile" so it can be handled appropriately, but no. She scribbled it on the top of the package.
