Do not book with them if you're looking for an affordable rate it's very misleading. I have booked several moving companies and never have I experienced such slow movers . I had a one bedroom apartment with NO furniture just boxes and bags . It took them 4 hours . I ended up spending an extra $255 . When I spoke to the owner he chastised me as if it was my fault the movers were slow . I stated that I told them to move along they were texting and talking on the phone while I the bill was rising . $555 to move a one bedroom apartment is ridiculous. I received my boxes in really bad conditions, part of my furniture were damage. I have 3 boxes missing, and 2 piece of my desk and bed. Worst company ever!!!! Should have read the reviews prior to my move. The movers were unprofessional. Looks like 2 guys that were just picked from the streets. All they did was argue and say bad words to each other and insult each other. Dragged my furniture and broke a glass of my furniture. I spoke to one of the owners, so I think via email because they couldn't even call me direct to speak to me, and he all they can do for me was fix that glass. I also had my guy friend help them because since they were too busy arguing they were taking too long. I paid $700 and honestly I could've rented a Uhaul and hired 2 guys from the streets and would have been cheaper and better job. DONT USE THEM! read more

I don't know where to start. Hiring them is the worst decision I made during my international moving. Their movers is fine but the owner is terrible!! He gave me a good price when he came to quote. However!!!! When they packed and took my stuff away the bill jumped 2000 dollars higher. Before they came I keep ask him how much if I need to pack extra furniture and stuff. He told me 5 dollar each box. And he charged me 2000 more for one bed and 5 shelves!!! And I already paid whole container shipping fee just move them from my home to the truck they charge me 2000!!!When I argued with him about the price he threatened me to put my container to auction while I already left Miami. When I first reached express relocations they seemed like they were really good with customer service since I got a reply quite fast and made a deal quite fast but, it turned out I had to cancel my freightbecause they were not giving the correct information of the port where my move was going to and that would've resulted in a lot of time and money being invested in my things being in a warehouse until I would get all the papers settled, where Xpress relocations would not be responsible for that cost. My wife and I moved to fort myers from Miami , we requested couple quotes directly on yelp , xpress were among the first ones to answer and were very responsive , quick to answer and precise. We decide to go with them and This is the best decision we could have made . Eynel (the owner) was on point with emails and scheduling. The day of , the two movers were even early on site . My husband and I were retiring and moving from Miami to Ocala to be closer to family. I was in contact with Eynel Sequeira for months in advance of the move to ensure a smooth transition and such was the case! Xpress Relocations exceeded our expectations! We HIGHLY recommend this company! Eynel sent two movers, the day before our move, to wrap up our furniture so as to be ahead of the game. Jacson and Richard were absolutely wonderful. They were not only extremely professional and pleasant, they took great care of our belongings never throwing or dropping a thing! For the day of the move, we asked them to arrive at 9 am since the condo association didn't allow any moves before that time. They arrived at 8:45 am! However, evidently the condo rules had changed and they weren't allowed to start prior to 9:30; however, they were not phased by this. Instead, they took advantage of the wait time and came up to dismantle our bed. We arrived in Ocala at 6:30 pm and they finished placing all the items in storage around 8 pm. Not one moment did they complain knowing they had a 5 hour drive back. On the contrary, they took their time in strategically placing everything away while still smiling and conversing with us! Absolutely fantastic! I was in need of a moving company and only had two days to spare! I completed one of those "search Questionnaire" for Movers and was BOMBARDED with phone calls. In addition, I did my own GOOGLE search and located many. Wow! this was the toughest job! There are sooooooo many companies with sooooo many different prices and sooooo much BS of "charges for this and charges for that" I though I would loose it! LOL... I then found THIS company and spoke to a very nice young lady by the name of Josslene(I'm not sure how to spell her name). She gave me an EXCELLENT and competitive price, plus assured me the movers would come the next day in the morning. I got so nervous because it sounded to good to be true and I HAD to move this furniture from my rental property that morning. True to their word. they arrive on time the next morning! My movers were named Ruben and Alberto. WOW!! These two guys were INCREDIBLE!!!!! They disassembled my three beds, wrapped all my living room furniture in plastic and dining room furniture - then took it downstairs and loaded their truck! Their supervisor even popped in and began to help. Also, this company, like most, has a three hour minimum and I think it took them no more than an hour and a half. Then they drove it to my storage facility and carried all this stuff to my storage! Rueben and Alberto were just FANTASTIC!! They were also very friendly and pleasant. Let me just say, I don't believe the negative reviews are coming from customers. I believe its probably some of their competitors. Trust me, LOOK NO FURTHER! This company is truly fantastic. I came from out of town (across the country from Arizona) to set up for a conference my company was hosting at the 1 Hotel South Beach. I was in desperate need for a 3rd party deliverer to drop off 2 pallet's at the hotel for our conference in the same day, Sunday. I called so many 3rd party deliverer's who declined until I fell upon Xpress. I explained my desperate situation and how I was in need of the delivery of two large pallet's to the hotel the same day and Xpress eagerly responded with the intent to help me in whatever way possible. In the end my pallet's arrived safe and sound and in wonderful condition. They made sure my belongings were not left alone in the dock and that they were delivered to the correct location. I will forever be grateful to Xpress for solving my conference delivery pallet's crisis! Thank you all again!!!! read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I am surprised to see any positive reviews here, but then realized they were all local. Ours was a move over 1200 miles away and they quickly realized we had no other options and they could take advantage of us. They arrived over 2 hours late in a GROCERY TRUCK. From there, our original agreement changed multiple times AFTER our possessions were already loaded in the vehicle. I got a call over a week later stating that the men delivering our boxes to the final destination would now only accept cash - no check or credit card like originally agreed upon.....? Talk about sketchy. We later found out that they damaged the wall in our house in FL, causing over $5,000 in water damage. PLEASE stay away from this company and their "employees". It was, hands down, the worst decision I made and worst experience we have had moving - and we have moved 10+ times in the last 3 years. Absolutely terrible and not worth the stress :( Listen to the negative reviews - they are telling the truth and can almost guarantee they are just having their friends and family write the positive ones.... they are not accurate, speaking from experience. We were moving back to the U.S. from Panama City, Panama. We contacted a mover in Panama who spoke perfect English so there was no miscommunication. That company was Panama Worldwide Express, contact person Rene Perez who we found out later appears to go by Anthony Gonzalez when initially contacting the company. I ALSO DO NOT RECOMMEND USING PANAMA WORLDWIDE EXPRESS a/k/a PANAMA INTERNATIONAL MOVERS. These two movers seemed to be working together or at least knew one another and seem to have some kind of scam worked out whereby you do the initial move that is supposed to be door to door with Panama Worldwide Express and then they abandon your goods at the port in Miami. At that point, Rene Perez recommends XPress Relocations and only provides a small refund which does not come close to covering moving your goods from Miami to your home. In addition, I was told by Eynel at XPress Relocations that the vehicle which we had shipped in the container from Panama to Miami would have to be moved to our home in Missouri on a car carrier as it was against Department of Transportation regulations to allow a vehicle to be moved with household goods (in the same container). I contacted the DOT in Florida and spoke with Becky and she told me that they have no such regulation. This cost us another $800 on top of the additional $3,430 which brings the total to $9,155 for a 40' shipping container, plus a small pallet of overflow items. During the process, there were times like we felt that our household goods and vehicle were being "held ransom" so that we would pay whatever they told us in order to deliver our goods. When our goods finally got here (spread out over three shipments and three months), there was damage to the paint (which we had just had redone about 3 months prior) on the hood of the vehicle from the straps and our brand new flat screen TV was missing from our shipment. I have tried to deal with Eynel multiple times and, at one point, he even made it look like he was going to actually do something. He requested a copy of the receipt for the TV, which I provided. I also gave him a copy of the customs information regarding when we shipped it to Panama. We have been dealing with this for about 8 months and are now being ignored by him. On a side note, my husband has a friend in Panama that manages a water packing plant and he ships water bottles of water from Panama to the U.S. multiple times a week. He told us that the shipment should have cost no more than $2,500 total door-to-door. Unless you enjoy feeling helpless and taken advantage of, I DO NOT recommend working with XPress Relocations or Panama International Movers. Bottom line, the entire cost was a lot higher than we agreed upon, we were lied to, and stolen from. read more

One of the worst moving experiences I've encountered. Movers were completely unprofessional and asinine, complaining and rushing the entire move because it was Sunday and "They had to get back to there girls". Even though I was told by owner Eynel Sequeira that furniture would be wrapped properly; none of the furniture was wrapped or even covered by a simple blanket to prevent damages prior to moving out of apt, loading into the truck and for the drive to new place. My living room sofa was torn and the back was broken, and reclining mechanism broken. Most furniture moved was scratched and/or dented. Movers were completely inappropriate with comments like " The tear is in the back where no one can see" and "I have some furniture I'm giving away if you want". The owner Eynel Sequeira has yet to address situation after sending pictures and a video of damages. I found this company on Groupons but called them directly to avoid any miscommunication, all furniture was disassembled already for the move and the travel to new location was 1.3 miles away. Apparently, movers were not informed that there was stairs at my location and they whined about working on a Sunday the whole time. They clearly took there fustrations out on my furniture. No one needs such unprofessional, unreliable service. read more

Xpress Relocations will quote you a price that is half of what any reputable moving company charges. For this price, you are getting half of the service you would typically get from a mover. For example, I gave them a 2 day pick-up window as they requested. They called at the last minute to say they'd need to pick up my stuff a day earlier than requested, but then arrived over 5 hours late without calling! Also, they load multiple households on one truck, so they are supposed to label each person's belongings. While the driver was going over paperwork with me, his partner loaded my boxes and furniture directly on the truck without labeling them or listing them on the inventory sheet. Luckily I kept my own list and labeled my own boxes, because the list they presented to me was not complete. I had to climb around the truck pointing out boxes that were mine, saying 'You need to label this one too. Please list this one on the inventory.' Had I not done this, at least 3 items would not have been included on my inventory. Also, I had packed everything into boxes myself and I had wrapped my mattress, dresser, file cabinets, and other drawers with movers wrap. Xpress charges for tape and packing materials, so do it yourself before they get there! They finally left after increasing the price by about $100. At this point I had a premonition that the move would not go well. Delivery was supposed to occur 10 days later, which I thought was doable for a 400 mile move. The day before my scheduled delivery, I got a call from another moving company that I had never spoken to, saying they had my stuff. I was completely surprised, as Xpress never told me that they were going to transfer my belongings to another company. Company #2 also said they could not delivery on my delivery date, but would do so 3 days later. Never mind that I had rearranged my schedule to be present for delivery, etc. Company #2 claimed they would be there at 11am. They did not call or show until 3pm, though I called them repeatedly. In addition, 2 boxes were missing and one of my drawers was completely broken. The movers told me everything was there, but I made them go through their list with me, after which they conceded that two boxes were indeed missing. It was over one week and multiple daily phone calls later when I got my boxes back. They were all beat up, had holes in them, and one had clearly been opened and taped back together. Through all of this, Xpress was unresponsive. They sent me a claim form for the missing boxes, but they sent it as a JPEG which would not even print clearly, making it nearly impossible to fill out. Aside from that email, they did not communicate with me, would not return my calls when I tried to check the status of my missing items or my claim, and in fact did not call to tell me my boxes had been found. I continued to call them to request information, but once they got their money, they did not care. I am about to give up on getting reimbursed for my damaged items. The bottom line: -- Half price for half service. If you are extremely flexible, not very attached to your belongings or your money, hate to carry heavy boxes, and you have the patience to make multiple phone calls every day for weeks to figure out what is going on with your stuff, Xpress may be for you. -- They pick up and deliver whenever they feel like it, making it very difficult to arrange a work schedule, or any schedule, around them. They are not dependable!! -- Pack and wrap your own items as securely as you possibly can and keep a list of every item you want on the truck!! Xpress will not do this well. You must double check the inventory they give you to make sure that all of your items are there at pickup and at delivery!! -- All communication must be initiated and sustained by you. If you want to know when they're going to show up, you call them. They will not call you. They will not return your calls. -- Something will be broken and something will be lost. Probably several things, in fact. -- They will transfer your stuff to another company that you have never heard of without telling you. -- Any communication after delivery, such as for missing or broken items, must be initiated and wholly sustained by you. They will not call you. They will not email you. They will not return your calls or emails. It will be difficult to speak to anyone who is not the receptionist. -- But, they charged me $1,000 vs the $2,000 quoted by reputable movers. read more
