I reached such timely responses, super informative, worked out a reasonable price, and on time delivery. Second, I like my team to stand out, so I requested a custom design for my shirts. I just threw out some ideas and they let them handle the rest. When I say i was speechless when shown the sample is an understatement. When actually receiving the shirts it exceeded my expectations by 1000. They took every element that is involved in the Lupus community and brought it to life. Despite that, the owner/employee/business/ (Charlie) repeatedly asked for mock-ups and clarifications that were already included in my original message. Trying to be helpful, I took extra time to create another mock-up--something the business could have easily provided themselves for feedback. After several days of back-and-forth and wasted effort, I finally received an email simply saying, "We decline, sorry." This was an incredibly poor customer service experience and a complete waste of time on both sides.
