Setup an appointment for a 2PM appointment. We were called back at 4:30! The tv screen up front…read morewas useless. People would be called back. Nothing would change. You would the wait time show a shorter time and then go back to 1hr. The only positive on their efficient and front office would be free bottles of water. I suspect to combat dehydration. Why 3 star instead of 1? Well, if you survive long enough to go back. The Drs we saw were fantastic. They had an excellent bedside manner. They also didn't hesitate to triage the problem, take an X-ray (I was already thinking of demanding one), diagnose the problem, and get us on our way. So efficiency and front office miscommunication and planning: 0 star Drs in back: 5 star Avg 3 star

I am really upset about how this urgent care is handling their business with the Covid situation…read more I scheduled my apt for 6:25pm. They said my symptoms meant I needed a telehealth apt which is okay I understand. I received two text. One said I had a balance to pay before I was seen. The next said it's almost time for your apt. I called the front desk to let them know I was in the parking lot for my 6:25 apt and she didn't ask my name just said okay I'll let them know and hung up. I called back at 6:35 and was informed I was removed from the list for not paying. They never called to tell me. I sat in their parking lot for 45 minutes feeling like complete crap and only found out because I called. Due to covid they keep their doors locked so I couldn't just run inside to pay. I figured they would contact me at the time of my apt to pay. Finally saw Dr. Via telehealth. My symptoms were a cross of covid and strep. They ran both and said they'd call with results. Dr did not do any type of physical exam. Just assumed covid. I was sent home with mucinex samples and cough drops and told if they don't call in 72 hours to call them. So no point in going to the dr. At all. And what kind of urgent care has to advertise free lollipops.

Disclaimer: this is gross but needs to be told. I came here…read morewith a complaint of vaginal itching and a tiny open area in that area. The nurse practioner there (pretty blonde, in her 50s) briefly looked towards my groin area, (no exam, didn't even touch me or ask me any questions), and told me I had herpes. I asked her to do a swab or blood test and she refused. Prescribed me Valtrex and sent me on my way. I was DEVASTATED. But since I was a long time ER nurse, things just didn't mesh with standard exam practice for this complaint and so I made an appointment with my primary care. I did start taking the valtrex just in case though. After 12 days it did nothing, still had the same symptoms in fact they'd gotten worse. My PCP gave me a THOROUGH exam and reassured me I did NOT have herpes and it was just a yeast infection. He verified this with a blood test. I had itched so much I caused a small abrasion on my vulva. Please do NOT see this NP. Pick another place. Or see an actual DOCTOR, not a wanna-be one. This women nearly ruined my life, my long time marriage, and my self esteem. PLEASE, if something doesn't feel right, its not. She's a HORRIBLE provider, shitty bedside manner, and obviously doesn't know what she's doing. She made me feel so dirty and ashamed as well. If you can, wait to see your primary care doctor. For your children as well. I wish I still knew her name I would report her to the board of nursing for Oklahoma. If this happened to me, misdiagnosis from her has happened to others as well. BE CAREFUL AND QUESTION EVERYTHING

You shouldn't allow someone to book an appointment for a sick child, drive 30 miles there and then…read moretell them the doctor is virtual and can't treat them. How am I supposed to read their mind and know they will won't be willing to treat flu symptoms virtually?
