I get a much needed massage every time I have a connection in MSP! I have had several massage therapists there and Mihaly has been extra effective in helping relieve my chronic neck and shoulder pain four times. He is very professional, extremely skilled and listens attentively to my specific need for deep tissue massage. He is one of the best massage therapists I have found. I hope he continues to work at Xpress Spa! If anyone is deserving of a raise, it is Mihaly. read more

This place couldn't even fix a broken nail. They offer individual nail fixes as a service that they provide yet it isn't a service that they provide. Listing an array of available services that the staff cannot perform is false advertisement. read more

I visited the XPress Spa Salon at the MSP airport over the weekend as I was travelling through. I had a great experience there. I did not have an appointment and the fit me in for a pedicure without having to wait. This is a great convenience to have in an airport. It was a bonus dealing with the friendly and accommodating staff!! They should put an XPRESS SPA in every airport! read more

I came here right after a flight for a gel polish manicure with removal. -5 stars for the immaculately clean spa & exceptional professional service. -My nail technician was very accommodating and was also attentive. -However all else is lack of. -The gentleman that greeted clearly asked me what time my flight was. -I had to take the initiative to change their procedure a bit to speed things up. - After all I'm trying to catch a flight here. - I was told by my nail tech that things are done different at Xpress Spa compared to other nail salons. -So this review is for the management department. - Your procedure is no where near Xpress. - Doing unnecessary steps while skipping a whole crucial step is not considered "Xpress" - My cuticles were not cleaned. - It was touched by the nipper to make it seem like you're cutting it after I has to ask for them to be cleaned. - Lack of lighting made it impossible for the tech to see what she was painting. - The base coat was reapplied 3 times. - Then I was told that gel polish shouldn't be painted close to the cuticle, it will lift. - Then proceeds to polish on top of my cuticle. - The sides on all fingers unevenly polished, the polish "shrunk". - The tips of my nails were not painted, this is where it will chip today. - As you can see I'm very passionate about my nails here...but when you get them done for the past 10 years you kinda know what's going on. - Considering the image of Xpress Spa presence throughout the whole east coast and now even here, I had much higher expectations that their skills would be highly trained with the appropriate equipment that's should be there to serve its purpose, like a decent light. - As much as I hate to do it, but I cringe as I watch my nails blotching away so I had to take the bottle and quickly capped the edges of all my nails. - $55 later, thank god I carry a file with me as I'm sitting here on the plane trying to smooth out all the rough edges. First: I love that this place is in the airport! It was a great to kill some time during a flight delay. I loved their massage chairs, perfect while having a manicure. Staff was very nice. The Manicure was terrible. i upgraded to a gel manicure, she got a little too aggressive with the cuticle nippers and sliced my thumb. She apologized a LOT, but then still charged me full price. This was the WORST gel manicure I had ever had. Gel is supposed to last two weeks, mine lasted three days--no exaggeration. I have had several gel manicures in the past--all from the same manufacturer, nothing peeled as badly as this one. My cuticles weren't pushed down. Their selection of colors was very, very limited with no "nail" samples to compare, only the bottles to look at with a 1/4 inch dot of color on them. She seemed apprehensive to let me choose a bright color, so I went with her suggestion: which was terrible. She "himmed and hawed" about having to change it out. I would go to sit in those chairs again, but for a mani--I would definitely pass. read more

When she finally acknowledged that I was standing there, I asked if she was the only one working there. "Yes." Then turned back around. No "How can I help you." No "might I suggest another location." I had a wonderful massage by a consummate professional named Ira. He was very intuitive and obviously experienced. This place is under staffed, but they staff they have is superb and do a great job. Prices are reasonable, it leaves room to tip nicely and appropriately. It is very clean and and tidy and has a relaxing atmosphere, especially for inside an airport. I'm grateful for that experience on what turned out to be a more stressful day than I had imagined! I hope they can find some more great staff soon! read more

Got a fantastic pedicure in the terminal F location. It's pricier than I usually spend but also one of the best pedicures with a great foot massage I've had in years. I can also recommend Susie for amazing massage. read more

Had a 7 hour layover after an early-morning 8 hour flight, so I thought some spa-time was the way to go. My nails needed some love too, so this was the perfect option. When I go to the desk, I was informed the next opening was about an hour away, but I was free to sit in one of the massage chairs with my feet up while I waited. Since I had the time I did just that instead of being miserable in an airport chair. They set the massage chair for half an hour, which was bliss. I was left in peace (offered water from time to time) for the next hour and a half (we never set an actual appointment time, so i was cool with that), and had all the soreness worked out of my back and neck. When it came time to get my nails done, the manicurist (Kayley, I think) was pleasant, fun to chat with and did a great job. I had the basic gel manicure done, which doesn't have any hand massage or anything, but does include some sort of brief moisture mask in some hot towels. I was just looking to get my nails in good shape and get a nice gel done, which is exactly what happened. All said, I spent about 3 hours there, and was invited to hang out in the massage chairs if I needed somewhere comfy to sit after I was done. Ths price was good and the service was excellent! I would schedule my flights with a layover in MSP due to the wonderful service I got here and in the rest of the airport. read more

This place has the worst customer service. I arrived at 9.30 to request a polish change and was told no that they close at 10pm. I watched as several other people walked up and they told them no as well. My advice to the manager, get some different staff that actually want to work. read more

I had a very long layover and have never had a massage at an airport, so thought I would give it a try. My therapist was very nice, but clearly didn't know what she was doing. At the end of my session, I figured out why. A little plaque is by the cash register stating that massage therapy is not regulated by the state. It would have been nice to have been informed of that before my $120 massage, plus $10 tax, plus expected tip. read more

Hand's down the worst $45 dollar pedicure I have every received. After a delayed flight I decided to get a pedicure. It took nearly 2 hours to complete what was basically a polish change. No soaking, so scrubbing, and a terrible polish application. He basically left polish all over my toes, in between my toes and dripping on my flip flops. She did a great job with making me feel comfortable. She didn't just treat me like your typical customer, she treated me with the utmost sincerity. Don't waste your money. I had 4 hours to kill at MSP during a layover so I decided to get a neck&back massage here and the girl was awful. After explaining firm pressure was desired she patted and rubbed my back. I bought the 30 min and kept waiting for it to get better, but sadly, no. It's just not worth their ridiculous prices. $75 for 30 min! No thanks. Never again. read more

Was told the express manicure would take 20-30 minutes. Sixty minutes later, I left with the worst looking manicure I've ever had. And I had to run to catch my flight. Complete waste of money and it looks terrible - bubbly, lumpy paint and the color doesn't match the sample. read more

After a long day of traveling, with a connecting flight at MSP airport, i couldnt have been more relaxed at the airport spa. Florida at the XpressSpa made my wait time so enjoyable and relaxing. Very friendly, professional and personable. She is very knowledgeable on the services i received and provided me with a fantastic manicure with enough time to catch my flight while attending to multiple people. She has made my experience a great one. Highly recommend Florida as she will attend to you with such detail, as well as get you on your way in enough time to catch your flight out. read more

We were leaving for vacation, and were departing from the Minneapolis airport. My son had just gotten a bad haircut 2 days ago, and I stopped into XpresSpa in terminal F to see if they could fix it before we boarded. They were awesome! Quick bang cut and we got to use the massaging chairs at no cost until we boarded the plane, since we used their services. Staff was super friendly and I even picked up a few supplies (face mask for my tired traveling eyes) and hand lotion that was very reasonably priced. They don't take appointments but seem to have several locations so our wait was only 10 min. Definately recommend. read more

Terrible customer service from Ashley in MSP Terminal F! I had time to kill due to a 2-hour flight delay and made an appointment. I was waiting on-site yet my appointment was completely ignored while she allowed another customer to extend their service which delayed mine by another 20 minutes. It was unacceptable and very poor management. Considering their spa is at an airport, you'd think they'd be mindful of the schedule and respectful of clients time. I finally received my service which was decent; however, the experience was disappointing at best. read more

This was the worst salon experience of my life. I paid $60 (ridiculous I know) for a blowout and hair style I actually had to go to the Aveda down the way to see if they could give me product to fix the frizzy hot mess that was my hair. The Aveda girl felt so bad for me she spent a good 20-30 minutes fixing my hair. On top of all that I found the staff very rude. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! read more

Initially went to location on concourse F. Was immediately greeted but when I said I wanted massage and pedicure was told I needed to go to other concourse. At concourse D it appeared to be unstaffed, was truly understaffed. Michelle and my massage were lovely but pedicure was poor. Callouses still on feet, nails cut too short, filing was painful and polish was lacking. Area is obviously understaffed. Don't appreciate that staff must ask if you want to add tip added to bill. Should be able to determine this seperately. read more

I have a three hour layover and decided to stop in for a mani while I waited. Initially told there was an hour wait, so I agreed to grab coffee and come back to read in the meantime. While I was gone FIVE MINUTES I came back and there was someone new working and she told me I would now have to wait 2 hours. She was extremely rude and had a huge attitude and I was instantly thankful I did not give them any of my money. Also I didn't know there was a fee for removing gels (read a post on here) which would have made me extra angry. Just stay away and find a better use of your time! read more
