I had THREE separate appointments to meet Tim so he could install 4 speakers, 1 stereo, 1 pair of headlights, and TWO window tints...why three appointments? Because he was 2 hours late to my first appointment on a Saturday... then he extended the appointment to Sunday... Then when I realized my tint was botched and the speakers in my doors were sticking out a little so the panels weren't flush, and my stereo wasn't done, I had come back to have him redo his mess.... when all was said and done, on the phone he told me he had change for me because he didn't do all the work... and not even kidding, when I was about to drive away on the third appointment, I looked at my door panel to still see it NOT flush and I had him fix it. Once he fixed it he said, 'we're even, you don't owe me anything' and he went back inside (and left right once I drove 2 feet away).. He installed speakers and tweeters and claims he didn't damage my vehicle (I literally had an adjuster look at my passenger side before seeing Tim, so I know what damage I previously had ). He tinted the two larger portions of my windows (should've been discounted because he didn't have to do entire window), and installed new headlights. The headlights look solid, he had to splice wires and it worked well (a plus), speakers and tweeters are solid (reminder about scuffing, and this took two days to do), The tint job is horrendous. I went to him to get my tint job re-REDONE by him and there's air bubbles EVERYWHERE AND CHEAP TINT....there's trapped debris shown and some damaged plastic. He never replaced my stereo even though I paid for it. I paid him $618 to be 2 hours late to the first appointment (I was stupid for coming back), not install my stereo and to re-redo my tint. I can't even install a stereo in my car now because that exciting feeling was pretty much ruined. Have you ever paid someone $620 to be almost disrespected? read more

Now located in Dighton MA. I called and he tinted the windows the next day by appointment. Price was excellent. I waited around and it took him about an hour so I didn't need to leave the car saving me a major hassle. The tint is 5 days old and looks perfect. Just what I wanted. read more

Horrible service. Tim had me drop my car off on a Wednesday morning for a remote start installation. It wasn't ready until the following afternoon. He kept making excuses for the delay. Also, when I went to pick up my van 25+ hours later, he informed me that he does not take credit cards and wanted cash. Nope! He had to take a check. Simply terrible experience! Horrible service. Window tint has many imperfections. Don't go here unless you want to wait a long time, be overcharged, and be inconvenienced. This was my second car to be serviced here, and I was inconvenienced both times. Car is never ready at the time when originally promised. Work is half-assed. Owner seems to not care. RUN! Do not use this guy. I received an auto start for my car for Christmas. This guy is a mess. I make the appointment, we show up and he doesn't have the right parts so only does a partial install after keeping the car all day. He tells us that he didn't realize he needed additional parts even though we gave him all the info about the car way in advance. We return a 2nd time after setting an appointment to complete the job. We arrive and he calls the parts company in front of me asking if they shipped it. Of course they didn't and he never even bothered to tell me before driving all the way out there again (20 min drive each way). We return a 3rd time again after setting an appointment and he's not there. We arrive to find a note on the door that there was a Family emergency. Apparently he had an allergic reaction to meds. I wonder about that. Maybe drugs but not meds. So once again we reschedule a 4th time. Through all of this we're told "it's not my fault and I wont charge you for the extra part and labor" are you kidding me? So we show up for the 4th time and by the way We're told it will only take about 40 min so we can wait. Well we waited 4 hours. Then he tells us he installed for a 2013 when my car is a 2014. Again it's not his fault because the door says 2013. No it doesn't and we gave him in writing via text all the information including the vin # and that's why it took so long he says. Finally I think it's over when he shows me how to work it, it won't unlock so now I'm suppose to go back to get another remote connected. A 5th time. I leave to feel something fall and guess what the whole box falls out of the dash. I send him a pic and he says "ugh it fell out I'll have to zip tie it when you come back. I figured I'd leave it so it's easier to get to for when you come back." Are you kidding me? This guy is a complete loser. He's also very jiddery and doesn't listen. He's always walking away when your asking questions. We won't be back. I'm going to have my neighbor fix it. This guy should be shut down read more

If your looking to get your windows tinted, car starter or just upgrade your car speakers than this is the place to go! Tim the owner just opened this place and has had 10+ years experience with car detailing and installs. The prices that he offers are very competitive and its going to be tough to find cheaper prices for the name brand electronics that he sells! Only issue here is that he has too much buisness and you might need to wait a few days before you get an appointment, but thats a good thing that customers continually go there for service! read more

DO NOT GO HERE This guy is a complete idiot, and he shouldn't run a business. I'm not even sure how he has stayed open for this long. Everyone I know who has gone here has had a bad experience. I will never take my car back here. His work is moderate at best, but he is always keeping the car for days more than he said he would which is a huge inconvenience. I had dropped my keys off in the key drop in the morning, and I went to check on it later in the day and saw he had not even opened. I had no way to get my keys back to take my car. I called him and he said he forgot he had appointments today. He still took 3 days to finish a tint job. My father brought his car in here for a remote start, and he kept the car for a week and still didn't get it done. Said it would be done 5 days before, and still could not get the remote start to work. The guy messed up the cars electronics as well, because after he worked on it it would lock itself with the engine running, one side of the cars lights would not work, and the key fob would not work to unlock it anymore. He will be taking out all of his shitty work and we will never bring our business here again. read more

Let me clear up the below posters review. By the sounds of it, it's a poor plug for s friend Tim is a rookie at best. I brought my 2010 chrysler 300 to him for a complete audio install. When all was said and done. He left me with speakers that kept cutting out from improper matching of specs as well as a chunk of my trunk housing ripped off because he did not bolt down speaker box. Paid him over $2, 000 and just had the car redone . He sucks period. He has no competition in the area thats how he stays in business. Believe me his work is mickey mouse. read more

Don't go through the hassle I had gone through! I had my windows tinted and was not told that they were going to take off the interior side panels for the installation. A week later one of my friends noticed the door handle wouldn't open. I initially tried checking the child safely lock but having no luck I brought my car to my mechanic to see what was wrong. Come to find out that when they took the panels off to install the tint they didn't reconnect the handle and found that the panel was also missing hardware. I called Xtreme Audio back up to explain the situation and didn't receive any reparation. So basically I got stuck with the cost of the tint and had to pay my mechanic for his time on top of it all. Horrible experience with Xtreme Audio .I had 2 dealings with the owner Tim within the last month. Each one was a complete disappointment. The first incident I was to meet him at his satellite installation shop in Wareham , MA at 9:30 am to drop my car off. I waited there until 10:15 while continuously trying to call him, but he never answered . I had to leave and go to work. I called him at noon and he finally answered and never apologized for standing me up and he said that he was there and I could drop my car off whenever I wanted. I brought my car back to him and left it there. When I returned to pick it up he had his girlfriend and her 2 kids there rushing him to leave so he never completed the job. He couldn't have finished the job anyway because he said that he forgot to bring some necessary tools with him ( he said he accidentally left them at the main shop in Swansea ) . I rescheduled with him again and he completely stood me up . I've called him numerous times and he never had the decency to call me back to apologize. Stay away from him he is very unreliable and unprofessional. read more
