The absolute worst gmc dealership I've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. I've had appointments canceled the day I'm bring ing it in, asked for a loaner that was never given (or had to fight to get), called in for services that weren't covered only to have my time wasted. Rigo ( manager ) (closer) took over and we were ready, to make a deal if they had what we wanted. In some ways, it felt they were all ready to get out of there for the night. A preliminary check on my desired monthly investment proved not to be enough for them. Ok. This dealership is pulling a bait and switch scam, they advertise the vehicles for 1 price on auto trader and list a totally different price on their website, I went back and forth with them, made a commitment to purchase and they told me "oh you came from auto trader, that's the wrong price" and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to buy it for $7000 more than their listed price. The only reason why I went to this dealership is because they had the car that I wanted and for the price. Which I purchased it for the price they had listed online. But then I was there they and tried adding about 8k of add on's that I didn't want and didn't get. So that is the only reason why I think they could have done something so unprofessional. But to find out later the hose to the window washer fluid tank was cut with a razor blade in three different places, also they thought it was to clean of a cut to be a rat chewing on it. I can not say enough good things about my experience at Sides. I spoke to Mike on the phone about some repairs I needed it, and it was very clear that I didn't know what I was talking about. I brought in my car and had zero wait to drop off my car and Mike explained everything in a way that I could understand. A few hours later, he called to let me know that I didn't need as many repairs as I thought I needed. Avoid Temecula GMC Service Department - Extremely Poor Experience I purchased a brand new GMC Denali Ultimate for well over $80,000 from this dealership. Unfortunately, their service department has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any dealership. First, I had them install a new power cover on the truck bed. They told me it would take less than 2 hours. I ended up waiting over 6 hours, and the cover was not installed correctly. I had to take it elsewhere to get it properly fixed. Second, after only 6,000 miles, the end cap on the running board started dangling in the wind. When I brought it in, they said it would take a technician a full day just to diagnose and that they "may or may not" cover the repair under warranty. This is on a brand-new, high-end truck. Instead, I ordered the part online for less than half of what the dealer quoted and fixed it myself in about two minutes. The combination of long unnecessary waits, poor workmanship, and reluctance to stand behind a new vehicle is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend steering clear of the Temecula GMC service center. There are much better options in the area for both sales and service. read more

Purchasing a vehicle here was seamless. However, our experience with the service department has been disappointing. We've overheard staff speaking negatively about other customers, on several occasions. Many of the staff seem irritated, inconvenienced, or at best indifferent towards customers. One of the main bosses, comes off as very rude and intense. His staff seem on edge around him too. I tried to respectfully discuss an ongoing issue that has required multiple visits. To start off the interaction I even apologized for taking up his time. He reacted in a hostile and rude way. It was disappointing how he spoke down to me. His staff wouldn't even look at him when he was being so rude to me. Perhaps he is reinforcing this negative environment to his staff? Reading the previous Yelp reviews, it seems to be a common theme with him. He makes me never want to purchase another GMC again. We've never had such poor treatment by a Temecula car dealership before. I will give credit where credit is due. A gem in the service department, is Bill. I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the behavior of Assistant Service Manager Mike Rodriguez at this dealership. I have never been treated with such disrespect and hostility as a paying customer--especially after purchasing my vehicle from this exact dealership. My GMC vehicle is currently in the middle of a Lemon Law buyback process and has been classified as unsafe. I am currently in a loaner car (California Lemon Law). Despite this, I received a phone call this evening from Mike who has demanded I return the loaner car immediately, threatening and then promising that if I don't return it by 4 PM, he will call the police and report it stolen. This is not only aggressive but completely uncalled for, especially when he knows full well the condition of my vehicle and that I have children to transport safely and no safe vehicle. He was also involved in a completely unprofessional yelling and cussing match with my husband over the phone. This is not the kind of behavior anyone should accept from someone in a customer service or management role. It's shocking and incredibly disheartening. To make matters worse, Mike personally acknowledged the serious mechanical issues, even saying he wouldn't let his own wife Rachel (who also works at the dealership), drive the vehicle, yet expects me to do just that, putting my family and myself at risk? That level of hypocrisy and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I had every intention of purchasing another GMC vehicle in the near future, but after this experience, this dealership has permanently lost my business. Treating loyal customers like criminals and using threats instead of empathy or professionalism is beyond disgraceful. The only positive part of this experience has been Bill, the service advisor. He has been kind, respectful, and transparent every step of the way. He showed true professionalism, clearly communicating what was going on and treating us like valued customers -- something Mike Rodriguez could learn a lot from. I am very disappointed in this dealer. I've been coming here for service ever since I bought my Yukon. I have a choice to service my vehicle here or elsewhere. Yesterday (6/1/2026), I came in for an oil change, I specifically requested tire rotation and paid for it. Before I went we marked the tires because we suspected that they hadn't rotated them last service, So this time my husband marked them. And sure enough they didn't rotate them. These same tires I bought from this dealer in 2024. I called the advisor Mike yesterday to advice I was coming in today. This morning on a phone call prior to me taking it in he claimed that because the front tires have more "wear" than the rear ones and it's a RWD that they don't rotate them BUT I paid for the tire rotation ??????? I went in this morning and Mike was on the phone and he said it's gonna be 45 minutes before he could help me. He was on a call (45 min on call ???) REALLY. Then he walked away from his desk. He left me there hanging basically. Terrible customer service. I stood up and went to waiting area and I saw what looked like the service manager Fred Hayes and I asked to speak to him. Well, it didn't turn out good he became very defensive and telling me the same BS that Mike mention about the car being a RWD. He offered me to get refunded for oil change and I said NO because it's not about the money. They both missed my whole point. I wanted my tires rotated so they wear off the same. I've never been so mistreated. It was so inconvenient for me to have to move my schedule around so I could take it in today BUT because I got into an argument with Fred Hayes (Service Manager) I just left without them rotating the tires. He was so defensive and saying BS. If I am paying for tire rotation I should get the tires rotated. We will start off by saying the overall purchase experience was outstanding. The entire team was friendly, professional, and efficient. We could not have been happier with our purchase experience. However, the rating drops because as a gay couple spending $100k for a vehicle we were extremely offended to know the owners support and openly promote racist and anti LGBTQ propaganda by having FOX news blasting on the main TV in the showroom. One would have thought that the owners, who are Canadian would be more sensitive to the entire population their dealership serves. Instead, we sat in their showroom for over an hour listening to the ranting of a racist and bigoted tv channel host. So outside of the great staff, the blatant support for racism and anti LGBTQ hatred supported and promoted by the owners made the experience appalling. Extremely unprofessional experience at Temecula Valley Buick GMC I came to this dealership on June 19, 2025, ready to buy a car, but I left completely disappointed by how I was treated. I was helped by a salesman named Freddie, who then brought over his "boss" to discuss financing. This person never introduced himself or gave his name--red flag number one. Despite having a credit score over 750, I was quoted a ridiculously high interest rate. When I asked for an explanation, the "boss" rudely told me, "That's how we do business here. If you can find a better rate, go get the check and bring it back." I found this attitude shockingly unprofessional and dismissive. Even worse, I explicitly told them not to run my credit until we had agreed on terms. They ignored this and ran it anyway--without my consent. They also pushed me to put a charge on my credit card as a "hold" until I could bring a check the next day. I told them several times I was uncomfortable with that and would return on June 20 to complete the deal. Instead of respecting that, they kept pressuring me to buy immediately. When I refused, the "boss" stormed off angrily without a word. Because of this experience, I've decided I will not be buying a vehicle from this dealership or any GMC location. I guess I am not the only one that this dealership has used deceptively tactics on. they utilize false advertisement to get attention and force added services on customers. their online listed prices are not what they indicate once u show up to dealership. I went to see a truck listed for 42k and after all the FORCED added services like paint protection, interior protection and other items that again aren't optional. the prices jumped to over 52K. again they indicate that all these items of paint, repair, small dents repairs etc is MANDATORY. I don't think this is a tactic they can utilize and I plan to report them to the BBB and Department of consumers affairs.
