    Wow! 5 star dealership. Super nice and professional customer service. I've purchased vehicles from more than 10 dealers around states and this one was one of the best one I've dealt with. Shout out to Ivan salesman and their manager. They made everything super smoother and gave me a great deal. Highly recommend. Will buy from them again

    This dealership is pulling a bait and switch scam, they advertise the vehicles for 1 price on auto trader and list a totally different price on their website, I went back and forth with them, made a commitment to purchase and they told me "oh you came from auto trader, that's the wrong price" and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to buy it for $7000 more than their listed price. The lead to their email came from autotrader with this in the email: 2015 Toyota Sienna $10,500 120,690 miles Temecula Valley Buick GMC so they could have told me immediately that was the wrong price but instead we had a 23 email chain going asking me a bunch of questions for no reason as I wasn't interested in the vehicle at the price they wanted to sell it for.

    The two bottom holes that were at the bottom of the tank.

We reside in San Francisco and my hubby especially was not comfortable about making a purchase from afar. From the beginning conversations with Cruz.. to the continued support from Josh, every step of the way was greeted with compassion and a lot of helpfulness. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, rather Supported and willing to work with us as we navigated the situation. We ended up hiring an independent inspector for peace of mind to have a look at the vehicle and go through a checklist of concerns. Through all of this, they were willing to work with us and support the possibility of getting the new Smart Car. They were patient and accommodating in this process. What was great too was being able to work together and share information regarding the outside inspector, whom in the end they also knew... Finally I was able to arrange the vehicle transport, through Sherpa, which was seamless and delivered the new Smarty right to our residence. It was a great experience and the Top Notch Team feels like a family business built on integrity and an honest desire to help folks find what they need. Feeling grateful and thank you Cruz and Josh for all that you did to make it happen in such a supported and understanding way.

You are entitled to get your money back plus interest owed if they didn't provide you with the tags within 60 days. it took me 9 months to get anything from them. Sold me a truck I bought in California only to find out it was registered in Arizona and it had major front end issues that I had to fix out of pocket. It may take months or even a year for the DMV investigations office to get back to you, but the more people that put in complaints, the faster they can take these scumbags out of business, along with their Arizona dealership that they use to fraud people. The crazy thing is I didn't even buy the car at Murrieta. I had an issue with the appraisal portion of the sale at the Duarte location but she was empathetic and genuinely had concern for my situation. The phone call ended up being transferred to Murrieta since I live there probably. Angie & I spoke for a while as I had questions about the process at CarMax and she took the time to explain from both the company's perspective as well as the customer's. I can tell she really cared for her customers and she treated me like a customer that did business at Murrieta. Another words she didn't just pass me to the Duarte location. She offered at the end but I told her that her explanation was enough even though it won't change the situation. What the conversation did was that I told her that the Murrieta CarMax will be my only CarMax I will deal with in the future!
